Quick weekend getaway. Just perfect

Loved staying at the this hotel. The staff was amazing - so friendly and helpful. With the covid restrictions, it was easy and accommodating. Signing up for the pool was easy and nice to have our own time at the pool, instead of sharing the space. Breakfast was decent as well. Very impressed. The extended room was still plenty of room for me and my family for the weekend. 5 stars. Can’t wait to stay there again!

Rooms were big and roomy for my four young kids to play in

The hotel itself was clean & comfortable but staff was incredibly rude. They literally made rules up, going against what was posted in the pool area, and then continued to contradict what they were saying at the time of saying it. They limit the amount of people in the pool due to covid, which is great, but they don’t set time limits, so if you don't get there at the right time, you may not use the pool at all. They count infants in the number of people allowed in the pool area, & they continuously give nasty looks when walking by or dealing with guests. The heat in the room didn’t work, it only blew cold air all night. We just booked a one night stay with our kids to escape the chaos of the world right now & to bring them some normalcy which ended up just being a joke & more chaos than had we just stayed home. We were at their sister hotel last month with zero issues. We will NOT be back to this hotel, ever again!

I liked the availability of the kitchen area in the room. I didn’t like smelling smoke from another room.

very friendly staff, clean. Easy to find, tucked back in from all the hustle and bustle.

Overall we had a nice time at the hotel. We signed up for the pool, we were very thankful for the kitchen (with stovetop, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, dishes, pots and pans, utensils) especially important during COVID, and were able to enjoy the sites around. There was a bagged bagel breakfast each morning and the staff was very accomodating for new towels, toilet paper, etc. Our only complaint is that the walls and floors are very thin, so you could hear people stomp around as hard as possible which gives you quite a fright at night.

Was kind of disappointed in our stay here. We have stayed here several times before and it has been very clean. When we arrived to our room there was a strong smell of marijuana. We stayed two night and could smell it several times throughout the stay. Underneath the couch that pulled out into a bed you could tell it hadn’t been vacuumed. There was Dirt, wrappers, and food all over the floor under it. The lights that hang over the table were covered in cob webs. We have never been ones to complain but it was a very disappointing stay for us especially where COVID-19 is a big deal right now you would expect it to be spotless and clean. I did take photos of this on my phone.

It was outstanding. The hotel was clean, the staff attentive, and the area very quiet - despite it closeness to the interstate.

It was a amazing trip, loved towneplace suites, the staff was friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and nice, the pool and laundry’s rooms were always clean. I would highly recommend this property!!! It made our stay very nice!!!!

Convenient location to all sites, clean and friendly.

Just what we like, a clean, safe and comfortable place situated just a little over 1 hour from Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor. Our suite seemed recently renovated and it was nice we had the option to cook in. The staff was amazingly friendly and accommodating w/ Free great breakfast.

The hotel was an easy on-and-off from I95. Our room was well equipped but was quite small given the number of furniture in the room. The suite doors could have used better door closers though as we can hear doors slamming out in the hallway. The bed was softer than what we used to; otherwise, our one-night stay was ok. The breakfast area where the food was served was quite small - could be quite crowded if everyone showed up for breakfast at the same time. The food selection was minimally sufficient. 6/10

This was my husbands and my last trip together as he has terminal cancer and is in rapidly failing health. The staff was really awesome and even bought us a gift card to our favorite place to eat in Bangor. They were kind and caring, service was excellent, the hotel was clean and our room very comfortable. Great location to go the Bangor Mall.
