I was looking for a place last minute and it was cheap and in the exact spot I wanted . It was nice and clean and served its purpose.

Ouray is a quaint little town. The area is full of off roading trails so it is a good location for that. This time of year it seems to go to bed around 8:00 PM. Timber Ridge is a very good hotel. I like that fact that I was able to park my car right next to my room. It was very warm during the day so I liked the air conditioning. The staff was super friendly. There is not hotel breakfast but they do provide a s'more packet for guests where they can be made by the nightly fire. Be aware that there are bears in the area. I almost hit one on the road out of town. I saw a video of a bear walking down the outside walkway right next to the rooms. Overall the hotel was very nice. I would stay their again.

The motel is in a convenient location, near but not in the middle of Ouray. The staff is friendly, helpful and AWESOME. Our room was spotlessly clean, spaceous and very comfortable.

Absolutely beautiful. Super friendly hosts, clean rooms and very comfortable beds, television is hung from the wall so it is comfortable to watch from a reclined position. Great little restaurant attached to hotel with exceptional food and service. I didn’t want to leave!

Brian and Julie were very friendly and professional. The room was nice and clean. We loved the smores at the fire each night and how friendly the guests were to chat with out there. People were reacting to the vibe of the lodge. It was awesome and we will be back.

The staff was so incredibly helpful. I was offered a cup of coffee or hot chocolate when I checked in because I came in during the rain. They provided s'more packets and blankets to hang out at the fire. Rooms were updated and the entire place was comfy.

Our reservation was not correct and they had to give us a different room. The Hotel is older but clean. Only a couch to sit on it was uncomfortable.

We loved the place it was clean and comfortable. I was disappointed to find out that the lady at the front desk pretty much interrogated my mom about her service dog and ask questions that the law says you don't need to. Also she wanted to know what her disabilities were which is very very personal. They were really nice about letting us check out later. When we got coffee we were told we had to pay for the donuts which I thought was a little over the top. However I would stay there again maybe just putting them in their place about asking questions about service dogs cuz they're not supposed to it's the law.

The tub was dirty… the coke vending were empty or didn’t work…. The woman and her husband just seemed overwhelmed by running a hotel… & overpriced by about $20-$25

Really love the property and the woman who ran it was so so wonderful. She gave me great tips and advice on things to do and was just very personally attentive to me as a lodging person —totally love my stay there. Will stay again.

The owners and staff were fantastic and very helpful with questions and fun ideas for our stay. Close to the trail near the river you can walk. Having a balcony or patio with your room is always nice but this hotel fit for what we needed.

Facility is older and greatly in need of upgrades/refurbishment. A/C unit very noisy. Place was clean and staff very friendly.

This was the perfect place for our lovely few days in Ouray. Great location close to the river, hot springs, and main town area. Jo was so kind, friendly, and helpful, and she even shared homemade brownies with us one evening! We loved staying at the Timber Ridge Lodge and are already looking forward to our next visit.

Amazing stay at Timber Ridge! Wonderful place and Jo did such a great such with recommendations for hikes, restaurants and everything else to make the most of our time in Ouray. Would definitely stay again! The 2 bedroom apartment/suite was perfect for our family of 5!

Wonderful stay! Jo was amazing and took great care of us. Fresh coffee in the morning and s’mores by fire at night. Me and my son loved it. Ouray is stunning and Timber Ridge Lodge will be my top choice when we return. Very clean rooms and great location.
