Location not as close to Nagoya Station as indicated. Hotel needs to let guests know that walking there via Unimall exit 10 is a better option than walking above ground.

Location is decent, connected to Nagoya Station via an underground mall Unimall (use exit U10 but be prepared to climb 2 flights of stairs). Room is small and tight but bearable for 2 nights. Bed and pillows hard and not very comfortable. Toilet was relatively clean. Some free amenities including bottled water and toothbrushes. Service was pleasant. There’s a Family Mart right outside the hotel which was convenient. Loads of dining options around too.

Close to Nagoya station, location is very convenient. The hotel and room is clean, front desk staffs are nice. Except that the breakfast this time feel like it has fewer choices, I’ve stayed in this hotel several times before and remember they used to have fruits… also at the second day’s breakfast, the staff was not attentive at all, I’ve ordered my meal and she told me it was already ordered by my mom, so I waited and waited but it never came, so I asked again and she said it was almost ready, but then they served it to another table and I was left with no time but had to leave.
I would probably choose another place to stay next time.

This is a good hotel stay which nears Nagoya station.
With short distance to the station and a underground street go directly from hotel to station. (But the underground street entrance will close after 23:00)
There is a FamilyMart just next to the entrance of the hotel; and a 7-11 in the next street. Choices of food are also numerous around the streets nearby.
The room is tidy and clean, much appreciate there is no stair between the living room and bathroom; with good enough space to open 2 luggage. But it could be better if the television supports AirPlay so we could cast other media on TV.
Overall it is a very good hotel to stay near Nagoya station

Within walking distance from Nagoya Station. Family Mart on the first floor. Japanese style bath and shower in the room. Public bath is also available. Many restaurants near the hotel. Very clean room. Breakfast tickets can be transferred to lunch if you don’t want to get up early.

A nice hotel that’s only a 7 minute walk from the train station. Within moments of leaving the hotel there are two underground malls you can visit.
Did not have the benefit of visiting the spa but the on-site spa/public bath is included in the cost of the hotel room.

Stayed here for F1 as close to station. Great hotel albeit small. Was one of the smallest rooms in our whole stay in Japan. The location and the staff made our stay perfect though and breakfast was lovely buffet style. Would recommend for those needing convenience of being near the station.

Hotels.com lies about how many people can sleep in each room. Bad for families.
We booked a room that was meant to sleep 3. Even the suite (which hotels.com says sleeps 4) had 2 TWIN beds and a single trundle bed.
Our room for 3 (2 adults + a tween-ager) had a single king bed and the hotel refused to add a fold-out or futon mattress on the floor. My tween-ager was not impressed.
The hotel would not refund us or switch us to a room that ACTUALLY had 3 beds. They even refused to give us more pillows and bedding to sleep on the floor.
We were cheated, our money was wasted, and we needed to find another hotel last minute.

Clean, good services and convenient. Suggest some hooks could be placed in rooms (E.g. corridor area for our corner room) for hanging jackets in particular winter time we have five jackets, scarfs, etc) and in toilet for towels and clean clothes ( only one near bath tube).

Location is a bit far for family with kids. However, with the price, it is considered value for money. Friendly counter staff and good service on assistance with luggage and explanation. Our window view is facing the lobby of another building and the room size is very tight if you have a big luggage or family of 4 for a double room booking.

Chose this hotel because of good prices and proximity to train station. Nice restaurants around hotel walking distance. Toilet had a terrible sewer smell upon entering bathroom. Didn't want front desk to change our room because we were there only for overnight

Comfortable,but tiny, room with VERY little luggage space. Great location with shopping, entertainment, restaurants, and public transportation close by.
Breakfast was "iffy", and the hotel seemed to have NO concierge service for taxis, etc.
But, we checked out refreshed, relaxed, and ready to continue the journey
