I liked the location and the room was clean. The front desk clerk that checked us in was very snotty and not friendly. Two times that I dealt with her, she had an attitude was not friendly. Even my daughter said something about it. The room had apparent water damage that was not repaired. The cleaning staff were friendly and did a great job. The property definitely needed updating and repairs.

Good location and value for the money

Our room was nice except for the fact that there was this so-called fan/air conditioning unit in there that sounded like a jet engine that put out this horrendous sound, we couldn’t even hear each other talk? We weren’t sure if that was normal or not? After asking the front desk about it after our 1st night they said yes it was normal nothing more, didn’t offer to have someone come & check it out? It was so loud & hard to sleep, but if you didn’t have it on it was hot? The next night our last night, we just deal with it! Upon check out they say it isn’t normal & they will have someone look at it? A little too late don’t ya think? One other issue was that there was an uncovered window right outside of the bathroom? If you don’t shut the door & take a shower (in which I didn’t) because the bathroom was the size of a box, not realizing about the window until I actually saw somebody walk by right after I got out of the shower???? Why does that window not have a curtain, a blind or something covering it especially right there? I couldn’t believe it!! Other than this stuff, not too bad! But I would probably stay somewhere else!0

Awesome

The room was lovely and I loved the deck outside the rooms. The parking was a little overcrowded, but we were able to manage. The breakfast was delicious and all the staff were very kind and attentive. Thank you for a very nice stay.

This definitely was a class A property with well train happy staff. I’ve stayed at lots of lodges in Estes Park but this one tops my list.

Stayed for three days. Enjoyed being able to walk to downtown area and about. Check in and out was quick and easy. Needs some updating. We would stay here again.

Property was exactly what we'd hoped for- clean, affordable, and close to town and National Parks. Our first interaction with the host was delightful, as she practiced her French with us. She was so sweet and helpful. We loved our cozy little room and took full advantage of the morning breakfast offerings. We were too busy with hiking and touring the mountains to properly use the various amenities, but they appeared nice. Would absolutely stay here again.

One of the closer places to Estes Park. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Very nice room!

There are so many good things I could say about this property, but sadly there are a few things that could use some improvement. We loved the location, and I'm sure when it was new it would have been stunning. However, there are a lot of renovations that are needed to bring it up to date. One thing

Nice, clean room, convenient location, nice lounge area for a coffee and to borrow a board game. Enjoyed our stay!

We stayed in a cozy petite king with a fireplace and jetted tub. While small, the room wasted not one inch of space and was beautifully appointed with topnotch bath products, linens, and actual wine glasses and coffee cups. There were a number of oudoor spaces to enjoy, including the green space right outside our room (with corn hole and other outdoor games) in addition to two fire pits and a grill area. Each evening the hotel offers smore kits, a very nice touch. Also, the Estes Park transit bus passes right in front of this hotel, a real plus in this traffic-busy town. Great place.

This was a awesome place to stay. They had yard games to play. We stayed during a fire ban so we couldn't enjoy the camfires or grills. However evthing was amazing.

I think we were most surprised by the warm and homey atmosphere! It was a very nice stay

Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Convenient location just east of central Estes Park. Parking can be tight, especially if arriving late.

It was a really nice trip. Other then being on the 3rd floor the hotel was great. Veey friendly staff and the rooms are very roomy.

Adorable property in the mountains! Loved that it was close to town but not in town. Amenities were wonderful. Perfect stay for a few days out in nature!!

Stay was great and clean, only complaint is no where did it say that the shower and tub were open in the room right across from the window. Kind of a poor design. I stayed with a friend and trying to shower was hard.
