I could hear neighbors next door day and night. Too thin walls?

We are very pleased. Very clean. Desk personnel very friendly and helpful.

sink did not work have hot water and it sprayed all over. Electricity in room went out.

Staff was friendly and the rooms were comfortable. The only issue was the elevators were slow. We had to wait a long time to get up to our room.

Elevator wasn't working. Food service was out of food.

Reasonable price, my family felt safe, rooms were clean and staff were friendly. Awesome experience. We will stay again if we visit Waco.

After a busy day of shopping and sightseeing the accommodations were a welcome relief. Everyone and everything made our stay wonderful.

Loved the shower especially the shower head that adjusted to actually get a good stream of water coming out. shift manager for my second night was outstanding, she went out of her way, 10 fold to help me with the silly laundry APP (should have the option of quarters) for old school customers). with her attitude she should be manager.

Over all it’s a nice and clean hotel- it was fine for a one night stay. We had a basic king room but it was VERY small and felt cold and dark. One of the most important things we looked for in a hotel is the availability of a crib. We have a 6 month old who has always slept in her own bed and never slept with us. I called ahead to ensure they would have one for us and was reassured they are available. Upon arrival, the desk attendant said he would have to go find one but would bring it up to our room. That was fine with us. We went to dinner expecting it to be there when we got back. It was not. I called the desk 4 times before someone answered to ask about it and was told they have cribs but they do not have the mattress/ bottom insert for them therefor it’s just wire on the bottom. Our baby ended up having to sleep in our bed making for a sleepless night for this momma. Very disappointed about this

Beautiful hotel, well done, extremely modern and clean, but still warm friendly.

Our room was lovely, and had a nice big space for a couch and meeting with friends while in town.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool is nice there is a fitness room and the breakfast buffet was very good and well kept. Definitely come back here again great for the family Stephanie at the front desk was so welcoming and if anything needed to let them know

The staff was rude. I booked for 3 people. They only had a king bed available. I asked for roll away. And she said she could provide an extra blanket so I could sleep in floor. Never again will holiday inn get my business.

Great service, clean room, good area.

Most of the hotel is fine. Room itself is fine, breakfast great. Hard to sleep and be comfortable as you can hear every word of people talking, laughing, watching tv next room. Low water pressure, especially in accessible wand where needed. Tv remote hard to use. No good movie channels compared to other hotels.

I truly enjoyed my stay it was very pleasant the concierge was extremely friendly and checked me in quickly. Upon entering the room I could smell the cleanliness and cleaned stocked towels. Breakfast had variety of food choices and the coffee was great. As I was leaving to check out the next day one of the cleaning staff greeted me very politely. Walking through the hall to leave I could smell the cleanliness of the facility and appreciate it. I will definitely be coming back here in the near future.

Overall very good stay. Everything we needed we had. At check in we got extra linens offered for pull out bed. Breakfast was good too. Appreciated. Couple of things could be better. Pool was in disrepair and cleanliness could have been better.
