Small room, and small bathroom, clean, quiet neighborhood. Ok just to sleep for 1 or 2 nights .

The location of this motel is unbeatable. You can park your car, forget it, and walk absolutely everywhere. The property outside is quaint. The room had a little bit of a smell when we first arrived and we needed to air it out. Otherwise, beds were comfy, washroom was clean, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. I will definitely be staying here again!

Unfortunately this property is not as represented on the website. The room we were assigned was very unkept with dirty fingerprints all over the bathroom door. The bathroom is horribly outdated with noticeable repair work done in a verh sloppy manner. The linens are thread bare and honestly, did not look or feel user friendly. I detected a very unpleasant Miley smell when I opened the door to the room and knew right away that I would not be able to stay there. The carpet was dirty and all of the above contributed to an overall unsanitary feel.
I have booked with Expedia for many years and have not had an experience like this before. I am hoping to receive some compensation as I had to find alternate accommodation for the evening and had prepaid this hotel based on the Expedia website.

The room was so small you barely had room for two suitcases. There was no counter at all. The bathroom was tiny. I can see this might be acceptable for one person to stay in but no more than one

The rooms are small but clean, comfortable and totally adequate for an overnight stay for two people. The price is right for accommodations in a very expensive tourist area at peak season. The owner is very nice and hospitable.

May not be the fanciest place to stay, but its clean, conveniently placed and the staff are really nice.

It's an older motel in town. There was a funky smell. No only complaint. If I could suggest anything would be to get some vending machines. I would stay there again.

There was an old Mayonnaise bottle between the box spring and mattress and was making a horrific smell. Would not recommend staying here

The property motel owner went above and beyond for me. As I was lost, he stayed on the phone with me and guided me in!!

The property is in a great location, but unfortunately it felt a little run down. The bed linen looked clean but had a few loose hairs on it. We found a dirty sock and child's soother from previous guests. The heating unit was noisy and the bathroom was tired with inground dirt/mould around the bath tub. Location was great right at top of main high street and it was a budget price but I still feel there standards could be higher

Good place at a good price, right across from a lovely Memorial Park. Sure, it is an older place but the Staff were friendly and helpful and they are working to keep the Motel open. Small stain on the carpet didnt bother me. I would stay again. Thank You.

Clean enough, affordable, adequate. I choose to support small business owners so I expect the odd imperfection. I would stay again. The man in the office was a pleasure to interact with and it was a seamless transition from start to finish.

Old, outdated motel room. You could smell the age of the carpet and bed when you opened the door. Sheets and towels were clean. Bathroom also needs updated. Owner was very pleasant.

Overall the Service upon check in was professional. The room small, decor dated, chipped paint/wall repairs incomplete and cleanliness in bathroom was average. The bed was clean but mattress is due for replacement. We were in area for a concert so the room provided us a cozy, clean place to sleep. The room is in need of a deep clean (baseboards, corners, grout and walls wiped down in bathrooms etc). When decor is dated, it is extra important to be detailed oriented with cleaning protocols.

The room was very musty and damp. The room was very out dated. The sheets towels etc always felt wet. The tv remote didn’t work well and was frustrating.
The bed was not very comfortable. I don’t think I’d stay here again,

Staff were fabulous. Very friendly. Older motel right in the Center of town. Very walkable area with lots of restaurants in the area. Motel was quite outdated in terms of bedding and decor but very comfortable beds. It met my needs as I was checking it at 7pm and getting back on the road by 7am.
I couldn’t figure out how to work the tv so I watched Netflix on my laptop instead. Staff were wonderful. I’m sure they would have helped me had I contacted them for assistance.

Our unit was not cleaned very well prior to arrival particularly the floor that didn’t look like it had been vacuumed adequately. The tv while functional did not have any type of guide for channel selections.
No breakfast offerings of any type although good restaurant across the street.
Motel is located very centrally in Bracebridge and close to all amenities.
