The property might be old but has been updated nicely and you can’t beat walking distance to downtown.

Stay was fairly good. No serious complaints. Lots of stink bugs around but most outside the hotel. (Just the time of year?) Short walk to the Railway Museum and to the town centre. Very noisy bathroom fan.

Good for an older motel. Friendly fellow at the front desk.

The pictures shown make it look kinda cute and rustic. We got there and it wasn’t anything like the pictures. The bathroom was dirty and gross with hairs in the shower. The bedding has stains. The curtains were dirty and stain covered. There was dead bugs in the lights. It felt dirty and uncomfortable. We checked in around 7:50pm and by 8:20pm we checked out. They wouldn’t refund us even though we stayed for all of half a hour. Management wouldn’t even come talk to me. The front desk person had to go to a back room to speak to them and come back and relay the message that management said. Wouldn’t recommend. Won’t ever be bothered to waste my money staying there.

Staff is so friendly. Its just like you can smell the smoke directly to your room if someone smoking in the other room.

An older motel in need of a bit of an upgrade but on the plus side it was just a short drive into downtown Revelstoke.

Everything was great about our stay, staff very polite and accommodating, replaced our coffee maker after it stopped working. The only thing I did not like was that people were allowed to smoke outside of their rooms, but maybe it's common in Canada?

Too short for any valuable comment . Bed was comfortable , it was cleen IT was not freezing when we walked in …Great ! We could open the window in the bathroom which is another good thing ! They could fix the net on the window ….

We booked this hotel after others were full and were charged $350 for the night which we found way overpriced for a mediocre motel with no views that doesn't even offer breakfast. We were also shocked when we looked again on line the next weekend to see that ordinarily they only charge $250. We felt taken advantage of because other better hotels were full. I suggest going to the better hotels first!

It was a quick walk into town. Everyone was friendly.

Looked like the sheets hadn't been changed after the last person slept in them. Not a bad place but for 200 dollars a night the room should be better.

Obviously updated older building. Clean beds, and newer furniture were much nicer that the outside appearance of the building. Pleasantly surprised and the price was great.

This was an okay place to stay. We were just passing through and stayed here because it was well reviewed. It was convenient and walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants. There was a nice view of the mountains on the horizon. I didn’t like the bed though it was not comfortable at all. Additionally it was quite hit so we had to use the A/C and it was very loud while trying to sleep.

While the motel itself was alright - the staff were friendly and responsive, the room was clean, had air conditioning, TV, mini fridge. Location was within walking distance to the Railway Museum, Save On Foods, 7/11, Mackenzie Avenue, liquor store, restaurants, coffee shops and shops. The location posed a couple unexpected disturbances while our family was trying to rest. Mind you, these were things that weren't within control of the motel. After our family spent the day at the Enchanted Forest and afternoon at the Aquatic Centre we went back to the motel to rest. This was about the time the Legion across the street was practicing playing bagpipes and drums. Later we went for dinner at The Taco Club and walked back to the motel and had a few drinks and chatted with some other folks staying at the motel. Went to bed around 10:30pm with no issues. Early in the morning (7am) there were arborists clearing trees and brush directly behind the motel. We had no problems with checking out and key drop offs. Despite these disturbances the motel was a decent place to overnight.

Train is a couple blocks away, curtains don’t block out all the light. Bed was hard :(

Clean, well located, helpful when had check in dates wrong and needed correcting, got us a ground floor room when forgot to ask

The room is exactly as shown on website. The beds are comfortable, clean room, good internet & free onsite parking. A bit expensive for the room cost but all the hotels in the area this time of year are about the same or more especially since the fire in Jasper AB & not many travelling through Valemount, BC. Continental breakfast would have been nice. Good place for an overnight stop.

On the positive side, staff left our key under the front mat cause we were late getting to the hotel. Other than that the rooms were super run down, and the beds were so hard I slept on top of a folded duvet cover to make the bed tolerable. Was comparable to sleeping on a box spring without a mattress on it.

I appreciated the demeanor of the counter staff person. Very friendly and helpful. I did not like having to pay over $300 for what is, at best, a 2 star hotel.

This motel is old and tired. I would think that charging $250/night would give the owner the ability to upgrade the overall look & feel. It wasn’t so much that anything was specifically wrong other than the price. Bed was really soft and worn out. Big clunking useless furniture- but it is a tourist town - so…..

Turned out to be a very low budget hotel that had paper thin walls and was noisy. No staff on at night or if there was that completely ignored the fact that a group of inconsiderate guests sat outside talking on the balcony until 2 am. Never again for this place.
