We unfortunately booked during the time the restaurant / pub was out of action due to renovations. This meant loud construction noises all day and nothing available in the immediate area, with no apologies. I have double checked the website and there is no mention of this - as previous Bayswater locals we were very disapointed to learn after our booking that we did not have our veloced "baysie hotel" to enjoy a meal and a few drinks. In addition to this the housekeeping services were terrible, we were woken up twice with a "do not disturb" door tag. The woman was rude and unhelpful. We left our room from 10am-2pm after staying 2 nights and a doore tag asking for our room to be made up and it did not happen. However, I must mention the woman in reception was lovely and super friendly. Overall a very dissapointing experience and would not recommend!

The current construction work takes away from a very favourable first impression, however the rooms are pleasant, clean and the bathroom is also very good. The daily housekeeping contributes to the overall excellent experience! As an added bonus, you have the best shampoo & conditioner, I am always wary of low quality products, but your's are fantastic! Thank you!

The hotel is very run down and smoky as someone from the room next door smoking outside the corridor.

Walls are so thin we could hear the people next door as if they were in our room Notice from outside also bad. No double glazing. Train noise and hoons meant hard to sleep. Rooms tired. Faulty electrics on table lamp switch.

Lovely staff, great location ie close to Perth airport. The room was good. t’ll be fantastic when the renovation is complete.

Works around the motel was unsettling - tools were making noise by 7am.

I knew that there was construction work going on around the property, but I didn't know this work would be running all night!! It disturbed my sleep with reversing trucks at 3am etc!! If I had known this I wouldn't have booked. Other than that, the rooms and service were reasonable value for money.

There was to construction going on, hotel is shut down due to renovations so no dining (not good) railway line next door was being upgraded construction went on all night ( Noisey). This wasn't mentioned when making booking (not good ), we should have been informed. Traffic condition in the area due to all the construction turmoil.

Pictures in this website and reality was way different!!! It’s under the construction and so much noise even though middle of the night and could not sleep by the sound of Jack Hammering all night! No restaurant, No receptions like pictures and it’s not worth to pay 150 bucks for 1 night all the way from other side of the world!!!

Rooms were clean and spacious. The whole complex is a construction site so no street appeal but once you find the rooms they are fine for a few nights. Would recommend if you need to stay in the area but not as the basis for a first time visit to Perth.

I had a problem and asked for assistance after hours and when he asked for my room number I replied and he had said that the room number I said didn't exist but it did, the place was filthy and had lots of cockroaches and the carpark was always full.

In the property description it is not mentioned that the bar is closed although it did mention there was no dining service during renovation period. It was not mentioned that next door to the property there is a 24/7 major railway construction site which was extremely noisy throughout the night. Although in a convenient location for the airport we would not recommend staying at this property.
