The carpet was filthy, bathroon floor was sticky and the heater was loud and dirty. We will never stay here again.

There are not many options in Weed - we stayed here when our furnace went out on our trailer - we were glad we had sleeping bags - bedding did not look clean.

Friendly staff Had to move rooms because heater didn't work, then had to replace tv remote. Staff was helpful and courteous

The room heating system was very loud.

The carpet in our room is so dirty, mild around the window. We could hear the people outside sitting around having a conversation. I would not recommend this motel.

There were dog treats all over the room The bed had someone else’s hair on it My pillow had blood on it from a bloody nose. We lost power around 8pm and did not come back on until 3am

Poor internet service

Property smells like sewage and has homeless people hanging out partying in parking lot. Very seedy gross place.Most likely has bedbugs, but you will get robbed in lot and the gagging stench is very bad

Bedspread needs to go! Carpet needs to be replaced!Walkway / cement needs to be power washed! Convenient location and with updated rooms it could be charming- office needs to be cleaned and updated.

People sent front of my room, smoked cigarettes people upstairs from me banging all night till midnight full-time residents living there. It’s not a great place just did two weeks vacation hotels every night by far the worst one.

Good Motel for a competitive cost.

This is a mom and pop style operation and they were very friendly, polite and helpful which was a big plus. The motel itself is very small and was an older property. The room was very small and we got the feeling that some units were occupied by people living there. Some of the interior had areas on the walls and ceilings that while clean were very roughly finished or patched, not professionally done at all. We got the feeling that somebody was cutting corners with this finish work, however over all our room was clean. The biggest negative was the very lumpy mattress that appeared to be sitting on top of a flimsy tin box acting as the pedestal for the mattress. There was popping like a tin can with every movement while in bed. This is definitely something that should be changed.

First of all...the 2 Women at the Counter are really welcoming and nice. I had the feeling they care. Went into Bathroom and was also clean so i liked it. But then when we pulled back the sheets its was absolutely obvious that they have not been changed. They were dirty and they had a hair in it. When i told the Women at the counter they instantly changed it and apologized a couple of times. The guy responsible for the sheets was also there to change it but i felt he doesnt care at all...he even looked at me in a bad way. I dont know. Later that evening we found also that half of the towels were dirty.. So i would say...the women are defenitely trying hard but i feel the rest of the staff doesnt understand what "clean" means...thats my personal feeling. Would i come back...i am not sure...positive is that it feels they are taking it seriously.

Very clean and just great for an overnight stay.

When calling the motel, the telephone is answered promptly. Upon arrival the check-in was smooth. Rooms are very clean and furnishings in good condition. Excellent value for the price! The only draw back is being so close to the road, however our room was surprisingly quiet. We've never stayed here before but definitely will if we ever need lodging in this area again.

Check in staff was very courteous. Morning staff (Henry) was very nice and asked how we liked our stay. I REAL breakfast was available in the dining room. A lot of traffic to endure to get there but our room was very comfortable and clean, worth the fair price we paid.

Stayed overnight for a few hours. Came at around 1:30am, couldn’t really find parking and anytime someone comes out, we can hear everything. But as soon as we got there, just had to ring the doorbell, and we got to checking in.

Easy to access and close to all stores in the town. Staff very friendly. Older rooms and bathrooms, but clean and building well lit.

This is a basic comfortable room. We were within walking distance to food and shops. The owners are lovely and the Wi-Fi works!! I would definitely stay here again. Be aware, parking is pretty tight; I would be hesitant about parking an SUV here.

It smelled worse than you could imagine for the town's namesake. Weed. It was very old and unclean. I would have expected the poor quality had it been $24.99/night.
