The place was very clean, inviting and very cool. The aircon was a welcome relieve when we walked in. The surrounding garden was well kept and beautiful. The room was spacious, clean and homely. Ralph was very friendly. He made sure we had everything we needed.

The cottage was lovely. Everything was immaculate. It was spacious and I loved that we had a full kitchen to make breakfast or cook meals. The customer service was excellent and they were flexible with our arrival time.

Yarra Gables is the best motel in Victoria. The quality of the rooms is top class and the facilities are excellent. We have stayed many times in one of the cottages and it is a pleasure to stay there. The gardens around the homestead are fascinating. Ralph the owner is always very welcoming and helpful.

Suffice to say, this motel is fabulous. We booked a twin room and got two actual rooms - both with TVs etc. The rooms were spacey & beautifully clean. The staff were very helpful and the surrounds are rustic style. Will stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay at Yarra Gables. The room was spacious and lovely, and the kids loved finding the chocolate in the fridge - they thought the Easter bunny had come around again! The garden is beautiful and so relaxing. Even though the accommodation is on the main road, there's no issue with noise. It's a perfect getaway for family or couples alike!

This property was just what I needed for my overnight stay in the Yarra Valley. It was clean and roomy. I had everything I needed and everything was easy to find. Although I only stayed overnight I did sit outside on the deck early on the morning before I left and noted that the grounds were very well-kept and pleasant.

Fantastic place. We booked a family room for two nights. The room was spacious consisting of a room with a king size bed, a sofa with coffee table, dining table for four and a little area with a sink, dishes, microwave, fridge and cattle. The second room had two single beds. Everything was very clean and there was attention to detail. The outside area was well looked after also. There was a little play area, fairy garden and a lot of green space. The communication was excellent too with Ralph welcoming us via message and asking if we needed anything. We also liked the ease of checking in and out. Overall highly recommend the Yarra Gables.

Everything was lovely. It was a hot day and room was already cooled. There were chocolates and decent coffee in bags. We sat outside on the lawn and enjoyed a cool drink.

A lovely looking property with a nice outlook. Our room was a good size, the bed was comfortable and there was a small kitchenette with plenty of everything you would need for a short stay. We were warmly welcomed when we arrived. Highly recommend for a stay in the beautiful Yarra Valley.

Great place to stay with young kids. The room was clean and safe, comfortable beds, warm in winter, and even a little step in the bathroom for little kids. Outside there's a cubby with a slide, some bikes, and a fairy garden for the kids to enjoy as well as a lot of beautiful plants and scenery. The hosts were welcoming and helpful. We will happily stay again.
