The hotel was quaint, clean and quiet. It was a perfect location for my visit.

The owner was just delightful and made the check-in wonderful. I also thought I left something in the room and I called to ask if they had found it. The woman answering the phone said she would be happy to go look and call me back. And she did call back! Could have have had better service. And the room was perfectly clean. Would definitely stay again. Thank you.

This property fits my needs every time i stay. They're always flexible to my travel needs and accommodate my last minute changes if needed. Plus they have regular room and some with kitchenettes for my longer stays. This Hotel is right on US1 so motorcycles going by at times is just like bedtime music!!!

There was a dead roach under the sink area when we first got there and random hairs in the bath tub.

It was fantastic. Lovely and clean with very comfortable beds. We can't really coment on the area as we were fighting jet lag amd just wanted to go to bed!

It is an older motel but nice and is updated clean comfortable just very close to road if car driving keep you awake you will here them but i didn't close to lots of stuff theater bars playlinda beach and other parks

No four or five star poor service

Stayed here 1 night in April 2024. Area around the hotel is sketchy at best, with other patrons hanging outside. Inside very basic. No hangers or place to hang clothes. No tissues, just a room. We were glad it was only for 1 night.

Beautifully Renovated

Great stay, quiet town and area at night

This hotel is one of my favorites in Titusville. It’s newly renovated and nicely done.The rooms are clean and comfortable. Mini fridge is ice cold and there’s also a microwave to use.It’s clean and well lit outside. Parking is easy and it’s close to see the rocket launches.The staff is friendly and very accommodating. I’d definitely recommend this hotel!

If you need storage for your luggage this place is great. If you need to get a good nights rest this is not the place for you. 1st the good then will shift to the terrible. The room was clean; the bathroom was great; remodeled and very nice. The check-in was easy and straight forward, and the staff were nice. No issues there. However, the bed sucked! Who in their right might would put a bed mattress under a aluminum box frame that makes a loud noise every time you move around the bed completely ridiculous. The bed mattress was very uncomfortable. Terrible evening and barely got any sleep. I firmly believe I would have gotten more rest laying on the floor then attempting to sleep on this bed. Next, why in the world would they have motion sensor lights so sensitive that would activate the light for every car that passed by the building...then the light was set for maybe 30 seconds to every minute to turn off. so from dawn till daylight this motion light literally turned on/off about 75 times; very likely more but I stopped counting. I will never ever stay in this property again. This was a waste of money and you will wake up more tired than when you went to sleep. Again a great storage unit for luggage but hell if you want to actually sleep at night. Good luck with that.

Remolded rooms clean and convenient. We booked this to be close to the port for the cruise. It also has a diner right next to it where you can purchase breakfast.

Clean and affordable. The only complaint, and it’s one the motel management can’t fix is the traffic noise.

The owner is new & a very nice man. Still getting up the new sign. There's know coffee in the room but the restaurant right there opens at 7. Excellent food & you can go in & get a coffee to go. If you need a coffee before 7 there's a 7 Eleven just up the street. There's a distillery you can walk to for an excellent dinner. You're also only 10 min from Kennedy Space Center.

Horrible

Don’t let the outside fool you! It may appear to be a typical run of the mill motel but the rooms have been revamped with high end vinyl plank flooring and nice bedding, decor and bedding. Our king room had a microwave and mini fridge and decent flat screen tv. The staff member we spoke to was friendly and helpful. The only cons were that it was lacking was a hair dryer and there is a train nearby - but I only heard it once.

The the gentleman that checked me in was very welcoming and the room was great!

A bit spendy all things considered, but clean. Parking was adequate but a little confusing.

Just remodeled so it smelled a little of paint. No dresser, no place to hang clothes, no coffee maker, no hair dryer, no iron. Walls are pretty thin. However, if all you need is a clean bed and a bathroom in a safe environment it is ok. Great diner attached to hotel

Everything in the room was clean. Great to have a refrigerator. Nice bathroom. Enough towels. Felt safe. Friendly check in. Convenient to bakery just down the street and to Merritt Island. A bit noisy for me. And could use another blanket.

Nice stay. My only complaint, and there’s nothing anyone can do about it, is the street noise from traffic, first responder and law enforcement sirens and the nearby train.

Nice affordable hotel with many names: Sunrise Inn or Budget Motel but don't let it get in the way. Rooms were fully renovated within 6 months of our arrival so all surfaces were quite new. Staff was nice. You can hear trains and car traffic inside quite loudly so make sure you have plenty of beer or at least traveling without nagging people.

Stayed here for a shower and bed one night. Looks brand new on the inside of the rooms. The ac was a little finicky and the walls are paper thin, but overall would stay again.

Expedia cancelled so I don’t know anything about it.

Very clean

I was expecting “you get what you pay for” type place but the rooms are newly updated and very clean. Our stay exceeded our expectations and will choose this establishment for our next adventure in Titusville.
