nice clean respectable !!!!

The staff is very curtis and nice. I asked for extra pillow. The staff assisted with my needs without hesitation and a smile 😃. I will definitely go back in the future.

Price is good and very elegant and clean..

When we walked in the room m the smells slapped us right in the face. There was no blanket on the bed only only two pillows the shower was dirty. At the desk a customer was complaining about roaches all over their room i was immediately disgusted

Was convenient to food and to the train. It was clean and the staff was friendly

I was disappointed that there was no continental breakfast.

The stay was just for an overnight stay because I had to catch an Amtrak early in the A.M. I was surprised by the new upgrade to the establishment because I was there in May 2024 and also June 2024 and it needed some major work. But, the place was comfortable, worth the money and making me think to use the place again.

Our stay was pleasant only one thing ,they need to update there bedding mattress very worn and pillows were very flat of that it was 1 pillow each and it was very flat so not a comfortable sleep ,we had to make pillows with our clothing to try to sleep comfortably.

The clerk at check in was behind glass making it hard to hear what was being asked plus the reception area was very dark....need better lighting. The hallway smelled of Marijuana. The room was dank, wallpaper dirty and peeling from wall. The shower did not drain leaving you standing in inches of water. There was no shampoo, conditioner, bodycream...NOTHING. We went out and bought our own. The tub has mold residue around it. The beds were lumpy and in the morning the smell of Marijuana comes through the AC unit. The only plus was it was quiet at night aside from the fire alarm going off in the middle of both nights of our stay. I would have left but there were no other vacancies available in my price range.

The hotel is out dated and old. The in room coffee make and hairdryer did not work. It's totally overpriced.

There was a few bugs when iwoke up in the morning

It is not a luxury place, the bathroom had other people's hair, the floor was sticky, but it is fine for sleeping.

They need new comfortable pillows

The Hotel was good only issue was the hallway smelled of cigarette smoke.Ladies who cleaned the rooms were nice and friendly and did a good job.I would stay again if i needed a Hotel in the same location.

Staff member at the entrance was horrible. Front desk employee horrible had to call Expedia to resolve my issues. Excellent service from Expedia representative

The complimentary tea bags were open and uncovered next to the coffee maker that seemed unsanitary. I would have appreciated some sort of guide to the channels on the T.V., other than that the room was clean and modern. It looked just like the pictures online. It was literally next to fast food and sit down restaurants and a gas station and even a bus stop. The staff was a bit too laid back, but not unprofessional. The price point was fantastic and the location was perfect for a weekend getaway, but not too far from the city.

It was ok, didn't stay long...one night. We can all strive for improvement

They need to do better with cleaning

I liked the environment and they way the room was set up.

When I checked in the gentleman was very nice and even gave me and my daughter a room upgrade.

It smelled like cigarettes in the halls and rooms

The wifi was very slow and i hope they change that because then i would come back there whenever i have business in that area.
