We had a fantastic stay at villa side Residence was a brilliant get away for us.Food drink was really good and the whole staff at this resort was one of the best that we have stayed at.We have already booked to go back and I’m sure it won’t be the last time.

It was a wonderful stay. I enjoyed it very much. Staff was very helpful and friendly

They really have forgot nothing from sewing kits- smiling faces food is excellent and hot, facilities outstanding ! one small issue room temp is set by hotel and was a bit warm for me but one of the best Ive stayed in ever

The property was close to markets. Food is delicious and staff were helpfull. Animation team were OK but not perfect. Overall it’s a nice hotel with good location.

All staff friendly, hotel and room beautiful and clean. Animation team first class. Buffet restaurant a little repetitive but A La Carte restaurant excellent despite €8 p.p

Lovely hotel although long drive from Antalya airport. Roughly 50 minutes.Hotel is starting to look a bit tired and needs updating. Very nice pool although very cold. One is warmed which is very pleasant. Easy access to the beach via the courtesy shuttle. The room was lovely although very hard bed. The food was good and varied. Staff is the restaurant is very attentive and friendly. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends.

I would rate the hotel 4/10. All residents are German and Russian, meaning hotel staff mostly all speak German and some can hardly speak English. The hotel evening entertainment is also all in German so you can't attend! The food quality was awful so don't let the pictures fool you. The hotel was constantly trying to save on costs meaning the bars/lobby areas in the evening have all their lights out and aircon is always off in the day and night. I found the buttons to turn it on but 10 mins later discovered someone turned it off again. Requesting anything from reception extra blankets, room phone replacement) took about 3 requests of going down to reception each time as they are slow and couldn't understand English so kept bringing the wrong items. To top it all off, all of these hotels are in the middle of nowhere. You're in between Alanya and Antalya so you just have roads either side of you. The only thing nearby is the local bazaar (shopping), which just consists of the IDENTICAL clothes shop after clothes shop selling the same fake crap. Would not recommend at all!

The overall experience was fantastic; food, cleanines, activities, etc. the one thing I would be a bit critical of is lack of speaking English.

It was amazing, staff were lovely and kids loved it. Brilliant hotel if u want a great family break.
