Location

Really nice property, felt safe, nice staff, nice rooms, near Tanger Outlet and restaurants. My family had a great time. My only issue is the cleanliness. I had an issue in one room and was easily switched to another by an accommodating staff but the second room was also lacking in cleanliness. Really nice hotel, hot breakfast, it was just the cleaning.

Property didn't have room type we reserved via Expedia. Refused to upgrade even with offer to pay more. Also claimed hotel was completely booked. We checked out and left to find another hotel (ended up driving an hour and a half) Assistant manager was extremely rude and unhelpful.

The room was nice bed was hard and not comfortable and the toilet didn’t flush every time had to take back off to move the plunger so it could fill! On a lighter note the shower was above and beyond awesome large great pressure and excellent hot water‼️

Nice clean spacious suites

We stayed here a year ago on our way to Florida and liked it enough to book it again this year. However, perhaps because I used hotels.com rewards for our room this year, we were put in a really decrepit room. The sofa had stains all over it, on both sides (yuck)! The furniture was beaten up and pieces of laminate torn off. The dishwasher wasn't attached to the countertop, but rather shoved deep into the hole. The refrigerator smelled like it had something die in it. The HDMI cable wasn't hooked up. My husband called the front desk about that; they said they'd get back to us but never did. He finally figured out what to do, but he shouldn't have had to. The TV is bolted to the table in such a way it couldn't pivot enough for good viewing in the living room (on the now blanket covered sofa) or the bedroom. The countertops was chipped and not attached at the seams. THIS ROOM IS QUOTED AT $342 a night!!! It's not supposed to be dive. But I felt like it was a dirty room and glad I was staying only one night. We had this hotel booked for our return trip at the end of March, but I cancelled it and booked another hotel in the same complex for $120 less. Pros- the beds were comfortable (if you could trust the sheets were clean} and the breakfast very good. Location is good (right off 95- if you can get through the traffic lights to get to the hotel) and there are a lot of restaurants to chose from. What a difference a year makes, from 5 stars to mostly 2.

The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was amazing. We stayed in a suite and I was surprised but grateful for the mini kitchen and dinnerware. I would definitely stay there again.

We booked in a hurry due to a cancelled flight. Went into our room, which looked very worn but smelled clean. I checked the mattresses and found signs of bedbugs. Staff gave us another room across the hotel, where the lights didn't work and the pull out mattress was alarmingly stained red. I refused this room as well and cancelled the reservation. The staff tried to be accommodating and were very nice, but I wouldn't consider returning.

we throughly enjoyed our stay here! we only stayed for one night to attend a concert, but it was such a convenient stay. the staff was very nice and helpful and there are multiple stores and restaurants around! 10/10, would definitely stay here again.

Nothing lacking - super fast and friendly check-in, spotless room, overall hotel was clean, safe, and quiet. Will definitely use this as my stopover for future drives along Route 95.

Woundful stay!

Everything was just great

The breakfast was really good. The staff worked really hard to help people. The lights in the bedroom didn't work. We called the front desk. But there wasn't anything they could do at that time.

The state of this hotel was very nice. We stayed in a suite and the room was nice. However, the bed was extremely uncomfortable.

Super friendly staff. Everyone was very helpful. Very clean room and lobby area. Excellent free breakfast. We had a wonderful stay.

Lost water first day. Had a funeral to attend. Couldn’t find another hotel to take us in that early in day. Breakfast was just average . To top it off , had 2 pair of glasses ( one prescription), other sun). Stolen from our room. Unbelievable…. Was told I would get a rebate or refund. Still waiting on that .. prob won’t get it ..

It wasn’t really clean and the shower looked gross bad smells no pleased with it

I would steer away from this hotel. They sneaked a charge to cover the whole night on top of what I paid through hotels.com, so ended up paying the same rate twice. Took me multiple days and multiple calls and I have yet to resolve the issue. They didn't even disclose the extra charging, I had to find it myself on my bank account statement.

Great stay overall, but there was a hair in the shower. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Liked that it was close to the Airport. Dislike included mattress on pullout needs replacement, had to hunt down sheets for the pullout, room need some attention for repair, noisy, and the staff did not seem to happy to be there.

I like the location, cleanliness and the staff was great. I wish for more selection with breakfast and the phone didn’t work. Overall I had a really good experience there.

Room set up. Staff.

The room wasn't cleaned properly. There was a dirty washcloth in the bathroom and half of a sub in the refrigerator. Also, without telling me, they automatically put a $20 hold on my VISA for incidentals which still hasn't cleared. For the high price that I paid, this was unnecessary. Go someplace else. There are a lot of choices around there.

Stayed in the 2 queen suite with pullout on two separate nights during our two week trip and both rooms had Luke warm to cold water in the shower and uncomfortable pullouts. 1 room was dirty, hair in the shower, and dishes left in the dishwasher. Both rooms couch cushions were covered in stains. Breakfast was good though, so you take the good with the bad on this one.

No hot water and the staff chose to be rude about it when informing us. No housekeeping service. So many other options of where to stay around here, choose anywhere else.

It was okay great location

The room was dirty and smelled like bleach. bag on counter with a black substance on it. Needle was found in draw and felt very unsafe staying here. rug was gross I told my kids we are leaving. I want my money back. The staff was to busy sitting in the dining area eating, so I had to go to them and tell them we are leaving. no customer service. PLEASE CONTACT ME ASAP 440-655-7589

The room was very dirty. We didn’t have tissue or paper towels in the kitchen. There was hair everywhere in the bathroom. Hair on the supposedly clean towels. The shower didn’t look like it has been cleaned in months . The dishes weren’t even clean. Just not a nice hotel at all.
