Far from any big city, very clean air, very nice view on the lake, few people, quiet. Perfect place to break daily crazy race work-work-work.

We stayed at a lake view room. Totally recommend it over the regular ones as it gives extra room and an awesome view. Staff was great although on the fry fish buffet night servers were so busy we only had a drink 1 hour after we sat. Only not so great experience. One of the bed was not so silent for horizontal mambo, but the other one was quiet so we switched the baby to tue noisy one. Pool was heated, never crowded, always clean. They have lots of toys for kids and adults (including canoes and paddle boats) and the aquatic park is Amazing for teenagers as well as kids. Everyone is friendly and the atmosphere is just right for relaxed and fun family vacations. We would go back!

The property is nestled on the front of a beautiful lake and the cottages and lodge all match and are lovely. Docks, boat launch and kids play area are al there and accessible. Homey, old lodge world feeling. Owner checked us in and was great.

Stayed for four nights. The room was spacious, clean and generously equipped, especially kitchen; it would be nice to have some kind of range hood. Wi-Fi was spotty and slow, we came to have a rest of those things though. The view from the room is amazing. The location, forest and the lake itself are great. Outdoor pool is good, the water is clean and warm, ~28C and it's just a bit cooler in the lake. The restaurant is good, food is tasty. Staff is nice and helpful.

Great get away for two days.An older resort and rooms but cleaner than any big town room even in highly rated hotels. The view was amazing of the lake. Breakfast and dinner were both amazing but over charged on breakfast.

Service was amazing; room had an incredible view; food and dinning service was amazing; boat rentals were great; advice on fishing was top notch; overall vibe of the resort is one of the best at any place I've ever stayed. Will be going back... possible next month.

I loved everything! The food was always delicious and had a good variety on the menu all day. The staff were always very polite friendly and smiling. Very clean and peaceful vacation, we will be coming back!

The resort was recommended to us by friends and exceeded expectations. It was just what we needed to step away from the angst of the last few months. We had meal plan and the food was outstanding! We plan/ hope to make it a longer stay next year!

Beautiful setting! Saltwater pool or freshwater lake to swim in. Boat lauch, paddle boards, canoes, paddle boat and even more options available. Trails for walking in the woods. After dark enjoy sitting around a campfire if you wish. We were upgraded to a condo with a living room/dining room overlooking the lake. It had a bedroom with 2 double beds, which were incredibly comfortable with nice curtain that could totally block out the sun. The living room had a couch, table for 6, a fireplace, a TV and a complete kitchen. There were even dishes and cookware. At the back of the condo was a deck with a table and chairs with a view of the woods. The staff was very friendly and so were the other guests. What I found most outstanding was the food at their restaurant, Frederick’s. We had breakfast there both days and dinner both nights. The breakfast buffet had fruit, yogurt, croissants, muffins, toast, waffles, strawberry pancakes, eggs, sausage, bacon or some combination of these and other items. The difference was the quality of the items. It was superb. Dinner was beyond my ability to describe. My husband had the 9 oz. sirloin both nights. I had the flank steak, then the next night I tried the pork chop special. Both were incredible! If you stay here make sure to eat here!

Great spot for a family vacation. Lots of kayaking, canoeing, swimming etc. excellent meals, comfortable accommodation. Loved it.

We had an amazing 4 days and are planning to book a month next year. Everyone was super friendly and most helpful. They really make you feel like family !

This hotel has a good location which is along the lake. So every guest will enjoy a beautiful view. The hotel is confortable and makes you feel at home. The breakfast and dinner are so delicious.

Very nice resort. We spent 2 nights. We were in town for a wedding. We did not take advantage of all the activities.

Great staff, very friendly, like you are pry of a family, had their 90th birthday celebration while we were there, came and beer, yum!!

Comfortable, very clean rooms and very friendly, welcoming staff. Very informal, which we really liked. Facilities were well kept and atmosphere was very relaxing and quiet even though there were a number of families with children who were actively enjoying the outdoors. Food in dining room was very good. Dining room staff could use a little more training considering price and level of dinner meal (such as knowing to ask if someone at the table would like to taste the wine). Would be even more excellent if they would provide somewhere (other than the dining room) to get a casual snack or inexpensive lunch. We would definitely go again!
