Enjoyed ous short stay. Very good for the price. Close to the centre. Staff very friendly

Very impolite personel in the breakfast room. I was 3 minutes early so 3min to 7.the door was not locked. When I entered the breakfast room, the waitress shouted at me...very impolite..well, I pay 18 euro per person for 1 breakfast. For this price one might expect some flexibility and at least polite behaviour. Never go there again

Hotel has apartment style rooms on the top floor with Velux windows and a small kitchenette, making it possible to have a self-sufficient stay if desired. We only stayed one night and therefore had B&B which was fine.

Clean large room with easy walking to centre.
Requested parking three times as no response from the hotel.When I arrived I was asked if I'd recieved conformation for parking.I said no as no one had got back to me. Told sorry car park now full. Communication could be much better.

Fab hotel with parking just outside the historic centre of Colmar, which is a lovely 10 minute walk. Nice buffet breakfast and staff friendly. We would stay here again.

Great place to stay to explore Colmar

The a/c was not working properly and was very warm in the room. There was no communication agead of time about this to allow me to make changes to new hotel. When trying to cancel and go elsewhere the hotel would not waive cancel fee (per hotel.com customer service agent) and so we were stuck unless paying the cancel fee and then higher costs for last min rate at another hotel. Not well handled by the hotel. Their apology was free parking. Did not even throw in breakfast or anything. Disappointed in how it was handled and the customer service.

Nice place a short walk from the old part of town . The breakfast was very good, varied and plentiful. We had a second floor room accessible only by stairs which might be an issue for some. Car parking must be reserved as it gets full.

Good size apartment with seating area and dining table. Separate shower room and bedroom. Unfortunately the shower leaked and flooded the flooring. We only stayed 1 night so made no use of self catering. Pool on the small side, again did not use

It was very hard to get to this property and park

The property is within walking distance of the Le petit Venice area which is the main reason why we chose the venue. It also has a pool which is nice when traveling with children. The pool is small but clean. The bed is uncomfortable. No AC, the room was stifling hot while we were there, the bedroom has no window to open. Additionally we booked our reservation for the wrong days, then rebooked and were not able to get a refund for any of the days we booked for, I found that a bit unreasonable.

Generally ok, but not great. The bath could have been a bit newer.
There was a missing bed set for the first night (because the reception is closed from 22:00-7:00).
The pool area wasn't to clean in detail and very limited space for changing cloths and also the pool itself was pretty small - just for 3-4 people, if you don't know each other.
We wouldn't pick the hotel again mainly because of the location, close to a large street with four tracks.

While it is not much of a hotel, in that there is not much service provided, the rooms are very good for the price, there is a pool, parking is easy, and you are close to the old town for much less cost than most places

A very big, nice & cozy place with everything you need for accomodation. Also a value for money option for Colmar city, few meters only from center of old town.
I suggest you the room with breakfast option. A full & tasty buffet is waiting you!

Nice location, decent breakfast, spacious room
Bad-tiny shower with no shelf, no bench, bed hard as concrete, no couch even though showed in pictures, tv had no English speaking channels.

It was convient location to the old city. I had to drag my 3 suitcase up 2 stairs because the elevatir was broken no help was available.

Very good hotel close to the city centre and to a supermarket. Easy parking nearby. We did not try the breakfast. The hotel has an indoor swimming pool but it was a little bit chilly for us during our stay

Location was easy 10 min walk to old town. Communication regarding check in and parking was very poor. I was charged by Orbitz for the room and the hotel insisted they didn’t get the payment. So I had to pay at the hotel. When Orbitz tried to call the front desk they never answered. I tried to talk with the front desk. They were very dismissive. Terrible customer service.

Good property, clean, good location. Did not communicate timely and did not provide instructions for after hours check in although I messaged several times. Got there tired late night to be told there was no key left for us. Then someone else showed up later and sorted it out. Communicate timely and properly.

Great location, apartment was lovely and perfect for a family of four. Only downside was the parking, you have to reserve it prior to arriving, option wasn’t available when I made the booking and parking in the area is hard to come by. Other than that a great stay and would use the hotel again.

Great location. Clean, but small room. AC worked fine also when hot outside. Pool was very small and crowded when other guests were there. No real seating outside pool area. "Fitness center" had only one running belt and one cross trainer. Nobody used it.

The room was clean and the building was handy to a grocery store and the historic town. Cooking/benchtop space was lacking. Before we arrived, we phoned the hotel from the train station to ask if a taxi could be arranged to pick us up. A "no" and a "no speak English" was the response. We did not see any taxis in half an hour (too late for buses) so we mid-sixties couple had to walk half an hour with all our luggage, backpacks etc.

Enjoyed our stay but they did not have an iron, which I thought was weird. Front desk reps were receptive and friendly. It’s a perfect location to get to the center within 5-9 min walk.

The location is great and the hotel staff is very friendly. We were only there for one night and arrived late. There was a smell of sewage in the barhroom that we could not get rot get rid off even after flushing sink and shower. We did not complain directly as we were leaving again the next morning.

This was the best place we stayed on our two week trip. We booked a studio and were upgraded to an apartment. Our gold member status really came through. The hotel is only a few minutes from Colmar old city. Rooms are large and very clean. The staff is fantastic and very helpful. Secure parking. Boulangeries, grocery stores, restaurants, etc. are all within a short walk. Highly recommend.

We had a very pleasant stay at Odalys. Apartment was clean, comfortable and the location is great. We didn't have breakfast at the property but Auchan, cafés are within short walking distance. Loved Colmar and the area around it (Kaysersberg is a lovely town too).

Book on site parking before arrival or you won't get a space however lots of free parking nearby. Room was modern, spacious and kitchenette well equipped. Bring your own tea/coffee/milk as this is not provided. Very dog friendly. Shame the bathroom smelt really damp and unpleasant. The bed was twins pushed together but comfortable and the air con worked and quiet. Breakfast is buffet style and a bit expensive at 12 euros each. Great location though, it was easy to find the hotel and the historical centre is less than mins walk.
