Loved this beautiful suite in Oia! Breakfast delivered to the patio each morning. Friendly staff, wonderful time exploring the city with excellent views of the volcano and slopes right from the outdoor hot tub. Heartily recommend Canvas Suites!

The view from the suite is undeniably one of the best. However, people tend to flock in front of the suite no matter the time of day and night to take photos. The suite itself can use a little updating especially the bathrooms. It’s literally groping in the dark, especially at night. I understand that it’s a cave suite but the low single light in bathrooms can hardly illuminate the small space, plus the dark walls do not help at all. Some parts of the bathrooms and kitchenette are moldy. The environmental services staff are all friendly. The desk Manager helped make dining and transfer reservations for us which were very helpful.

Overall it was amazing experience,property was comfortable and “demetreas” went out of his way to accomodate our request. Couple of things i want to mention. 1)standard breakfast is sent to room in take out containers,no choices are give,tea coffee not served and u have to pretty much seeve yourself. 2)the room was infested with ants next to the kitchen window so we have to be careful with handling food.

Stunning views of the Caldera. Oia is the tourist hub, but once you retreat down the hill to your room (and make your way past the lines of people waiting to take selfies), it all kind of fades into the background. Just be aware that it's lots of narrow steps up and down in case you have any mobility difficulties. Dimitiris was very helpful in carrying our bags for us. The room had all the amenities you need and breakfast with the room was delightful. Had a really wonderful stay in Santorini. The Greek people are incredibly hospitable in the face of overwhelming tourism. Adding a personal plea to others to be a respectful tourist. Clean up after yourself, embrace local customs and treat the people who live and work in tourist areas with the dignity they deserve. It makes traveling more enjoyable for everyone involved.

This is beautiful place and a must stay when in Oia. Staff is wonderful and very helpful. Ots a short walk from reception to the suits. Restaurants and shops are very close. The breakfast brought to you was wonderful. The view alone was worth it. We got the sky suite and was perfect.

Beautiful Property with views of the sunset. Room itself is decently sized and has all the amenities one can expect. Dimitris is very helpful and made the Check-in, Stay and Check-out effortless.

The location of the suites is superb if you are wanting to have the picture perfect Santorini experience. Just know that there is a lot of walking up and down steep steps. The Main Street in Oia gets super crowded and noisy when all the cruise ships arrive…but the small alleys where the Canvas suites are located are quiet and allow you to relax in your terrace. Our cave home was beautiful, comfortable, and had a nice terrace upstairs with a magnificent view and our private small pool. The staff at Canvas is wonderful. Dimitri and his staff went ABOBE AND BEYOND to make us feel welcome. They arranged our transports, made dinner reservations and personally helped us haul our luggage at check in and out (with all the steps and crowds in Oia it is quite an ordeal to do this on your own). I had a foot injury while walking down the steps to Amoudi bay, and ended up in crutches. Dimitri provided ice for my foot, guided us to the medic and pharmacy and even borrowed a wheelchair from the local health station to take me out of the crowded Oia street the morning of our check out!

Demetrius at the hotel host was exceptional! So helpful and wonderful property!

Dimetri went far and beyond he was the hotel manager. Very accommodating. Made sure everything was taken care of with yours cruises etc. I highly recommend this place.

The view was amazing, I was just sad that I could not get a room with private pool, but the suite I got (Sapphire) was very spacious and comfy! The hotel is right in the middle of Oía centre, very convenient!

Absolutely loved staying here! The staff was very kind and helpful giving us lots of recommendations. The villa was very clean and located perfectly close to all shops and restaurants! Having the jacuzzi was very nice as it was extremely hot and the AC was great inside the villa. Could not recommend enough! Dimitris worked hard to make it a great first experience in Santorini!

Aside from the incredible location, the staff were exceptionally accommodating with our 3 kids, the breakfast (included) was delicious - the waiter went out of his way to bring my daughter an extra avocado every morning without being asked . The room was beautiful, very comfortable. View was perfect. We will most definitely be staying here again!

This is a beautiful property. Demitris was a great host. He coordinated all transportation for us and was very quick to respond to txt. Property is in the heart of all the amazing pictures posted of Santorini. Would highly recommend!!

Wonderful staff and location! The room itself was very unique but seemed a little mildewy in places, and the shower ran out of hot water quite quickly. But, overall beautiful spot with a million dollar view!!

This was an amazing experience and highly recommend it to anyone travelling to santorini. We arrived earlier than our check in and were greeted with such hospitality by Dimitri and his staff. We were treated to a refreshment while waiting for the rooms to be ready and then personally escorted to show us everything the breakfast in the morning was amazing as well. We definitely will return.

Dimitris is very good. Provided excellent customer service. Arranged early check and car rental. Also out room location was at very good location with caldra and sea view..Walking distance to all Oia's attraction and restaurants...very good breakfast...overall excellent stay.

The view from Our room was spectacular. We didn’t have to fight the crowds for sunset, we enjoyed it directly from our balcony, often in the jacuzzi. Our host Dimitris is exceptional, very accommodating and friendly, helped us with several things we needed during our stay. Highly recommend. The room was well located, very close to everything!

Dimitris is the absolute best!

Dimitri was wonderful helping us out with tours, restaurants, etc. the property was beautiful and perfectly located however it had some problems with plumbing in the master bathroom sink. Also the beds dont have a fitted sheet, instead a cover sheet so it kept coming off and exposing the mattress during sleep time. Other than this everything was great! I would still very much recommend it.
