A comfortable stay in Ubud Center, service is excellent as always.

The pool and breakfasts were great. Property might be due for some updating because some parts are showing some age....not bad, but would help. The staff could not have been better....real Balinese hospitality. The location, right across from a major Bali temple, was great as the night we were there was a major religious event that was incredible to witness. It is a short walk into the city center for the palace and museums, although the sidewalks are narrow and the traffic is extremely busy (which can be said throughout Bali). We would definitely rate it very well if you want to stay within walking distance of the city center, Art Market and restaurants. There are probably more updated resort properties around Ubud, but they are way out of town....SenS is 'in the thick of things'.

Very clean and comfortable hotel. Very close to the main road and all the surrounding areas at the center of Ubud. We stayed here twice. Rooms were quiet, clean and fresh. Good amount of space. Pool was nice. Breakfast had a decent variety. Staff were friendly.
Close to everything and easy to walk everywhere from here.

I can’t believe that this people don’t put more effort on providing decent towels. We had the most dirty and disgusting towels ever.

The room was spacious with a king bed and very modern. The staff were all gracious and helpful. The breakfast was hit or miss but provided many options.
My only suggestion is that this hotel is on the outskirts of the main road. If you do not want to walk, this is not the place for you. They also burn trash across the street, I dont understand why they are not aware this is not a good thing.

A lovely hotel that had exceptional customer service from the staff. From the moment we arrived we were warmly greeted with a refreshing iced tea and cake. The restaurant staff got to know us by name and were genuinely interested in our day and what we’d done - such a wonderful experience being there. The rooms were spacious and the beds comfy. The wifi was the best we had in Bali. It’s located down the street from the Royal Palace with lots of restaurants nearby but we didn’t use many as the hotel restaurant was great. The buffet breakfast was lovely with a good range of hot and cold choices that changed each day. Wonderful pool area. Highly recommend.

The hotel and the room was very clean. The staffs were also friendly and accommodating especially the kitchen staff. Their breakfast was amazing too. The area was also perfect for evening walks with variety food to choose from. We had good experience overall. The only issue was that we could hear everything from rooms next door.

I saw rats just around the corner of the property. You have to walk around the corner to get anywhere and the garbage and rats at that corner, scooter taxis, was just dirty. I have stayed at Senz before and the corner was not a problem then but now it is a real health issue.

I truly enjoyed staying at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and kind. Had my room cleaned daily and the bathroom was always left spotless. The hotel is really well located, lots la great restaurants and spas around it. I also loved the breakfast buffet and express lunch of the hotel’s restaurant. Can’t recommend it more. I will be back!

The staff was warm, accommodating and they always had a smile on their face. Just the right amount of attentiveness at all times! Room was clean and well serviced throughout out stay. The spa services were very nice as well and the food and drink options plentiful for those moments when we didn’t want to venture far from the hotel. I would stay there again if I find myself back in Ubud!

As a solo traveller i found the staff very professional and helpful welcoming. The pool was lovely, the breakfast ample and tasty. Hote is very central for good tours and only 10 min walk to palace and market. Highly recommend

Staff were very friendly and welcoming, the rooms were clean and the location was excellent, walking distance to a lot of the main sights and restaurants.
The only negatives were that there were quite a few flies in the bathroom (not sure how they got in), it was quite loud at times and you could hear noises from the rooms next door. Also I didn’t like that the pool and loungers were just outside the restaurant meaning everyone could see you!

In total the hotel was good. But during the last night I missed a support from the night manager.
There was a permant dropping of the toilet in my neighbours room. It was disturbing me the whole night I could not sleep. I called a man from the facility service who gave the information to the night manager at the receiption. But the manager did not do anything against it.
Next morning I had to get up very early at 5 am after a sleepless night, I asked the night manager why he did not call the guest at the room next door to me? He just said he did not want to wake up the guest. But obviously guests are treated differently in this hotel, because I did not cause the problem but I could not sleep the whole night.

The staff were amazing, everyone was so friendly and accommodating to my needs. The hotel was beautiful, very clean and in a good location. The pool is nice but the pool area is small so you would have to go elsewhere if you would like to get sun while you lay by the pool, but there’s plenty of places you could go for a day trip to get some sun so this wasn’t really an issue

The staff were all beautiful and very helpful. The hotel is in a great location in the centre of Ubud, so very convenient for walking to shopping and restaurants. Only negatives were that it was really noisy, and room walls are paper thin so you can hear other guests talking and moving about in their room, and the meals and drinks were very expensive.

Property was clean and in ok location about 15 minute walk into centre. Staff were polite, and the car service through the hotel was great and safe for solo travel. Was cheaper than what was quoted on the street. Only downside was the food it was terrible at the hotel. This is something that needs to be improved. I sent food back as it wasn’t cook, the didn’t replace it just put in back ok the hob until it was cooked and handed it back.

I stayed at Sens for 13 days, the hotel was everything I needed while on my holiday. The staff was fantastic, very friendly, and so helpful. My room was very comfortable. Would highly recommend it. If I ever return to Bali I would stay there again

Disappointing, not at all in keeping with expectations of a VIP Access property in terms of service. Cleanliness was fine and good location, but glass bathroom without a curtain make it hard for anyone besides couples and solo travelers to stay here

I recently stayed at Sens Hotel & Spa and I have to say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They were knowledgeable about the local area and had great recommendations for things to do and see.
The service at the hotel was also top-notch. Everything was clean, organized, and well-maintained. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the little touches that made my stay feel extra special.
