Housekeeping is not good

This place was a little slice of heaven. I did not expect the premises and private beach to be so dreamy. The service was excellent and owners and staff so warm, welcoming and professional. The only reason I will give it a 4 is that the room was much smaller than expected. I will absolutely be back!

The grounds were absolutely beautiful and well maintained. Room was clean and well kept.

Great property. Well maintained. Rooms are small but what they have to work with they have done well to keep up. Private beach is nice. Scones for breakfast are excellant!

Loved this property. Well maintained. Excellent service. Wonderful breakfast scones from their breakfast truck. Idyllic location on the water, tucked away from the busy US1. Very peaceful and relaxing. Highly recommended.

Great place to relax and enjoy!! The sunsets are fantastic and the scones are absolutely delicious! The grounds are immaculate and everything extremely clean! Would definitely recommend and would come back!

Beautiful property!

Quiet resort, great for sitting at the beach with coffee in the morning and watching sunsets in the evening. Good orientation on check-in.

I really cannot say enough about this place! My family and I stayed here for a weekend to go to my nieces wedding, and not only was it cozy and comfy, and an incredible value, but the family who runs it is just delightful! They could not have been nicer and more accommodating to all of us. Plus, there are complementary homemade scones and beverages that you can take advantage of pretty much all throughout your stay there. My family and I will definitely be going back!

Felt immediately home upon check-in. The staff makes you feel relaxed every day. With their friendly smile, making sure we have everything we needed by proactively asking. We watched the sunset from the hotel’s beach every night, it was beautiful.

Sweet and pleasant experience. Not luxurious but well appointed and super clean. The highlight was owner Pegs’s freshly baked scones for breakfast. The best we ever had!

Clean facility. Wonderful pool. Nice water by the water to watch sunset.

Amazing staff, great area to walk to restaurants

Great place to spend a few days. Conveniently located, with lots of dining options. Also gas stations and drugstores. Didn't like: - There was a coffee maker in the room, but no coffee or tea, creamers, or sugar/sweeteners - Room was tiny but shower was great with good water pressure. - Walls are paper thin. I could hear the sharing-wall neighbors at 7am talking. - Place advertise "Free continental breakfast". Filter and 2 scones per person is NOT that. I will return and I recommend it.

Very nice in all areas the sunsets are beautiful

This place is a hidden gem. It is so lush that you feel like your on an island. The staff is extremely accommodating. And in the mornings Peg the owner makes these variety of home made scones that are really delicious. We loved our stay and would rebook again

We got rained out for our second night but really loved it!

Very nicely decorated room, quiet beach with kayaks freely available to explore the quiet waters of the bay. Complimentary morning coffee and changing varieties of home baked scones every day. Great sunsets, beautiful landscaping with many secluded areas to sit, read and play. Pool is set at 86 degrees year round. Staff is fantastically friendly and always helpful. Make you feel like family.

This trip was amazing, from the gorgeous room to our own private patio, to the wonderful view of the Gulf! I called this place Paradise!

Peg and John worked hard to personalize our visit in a way you just won't find at a big chain. So many unexpected extras were included like free use of kayaks and scones in the morning. This place is a hidden treasure.

This is literally the cleanest hotel I’ve been in! It has a really nice beach and grounds. Reception was really nice and welcoming. We walked down the road on the path (on the highway but separate path) to have dinner. Immaculate grounds. The room we got is small but nicely decorated.

Exceptional staff and property. Would highly recommend.
