Amazing property! So well kept and maintained. The staff are the best hotel staff we've met in the world! The beach is fantastic, and very clean. You can't really see it much in the photos, but honestly the hotel beach was one of the best to swim in, even in comparison to Ao Nang, Railay, Phi Phi and Hong Island. The two infinity pools; both facing the ocean are absolutely beautiful. The cocktail hour at Breeze Bar is a must. Most of all, we truly enjoyed the company of the lovely and friendly staff and the guests! If you're coming to Krabi, you MUST stay here.

The room was ok, was a little bit old and weat smael but when we ask to change room the service was amazing! The staff was very nice and good and help us with everything! The pool and the beach was excellent, very beautifully nice a photogenic view

Overall a very memorable experience. The staff were very friendly and accomodating to all our requests. Breakfast had a good selection of local and international options, delicious fruits. The most enjoyable was the seafood bbq on Sunday. By the beach watching the sunset and a fire show together. Will revisit and stay longer next time. Huge property with great beach, facilities and amenities

Awesome relaxing resort - the staff are faultless and so friendly. Although the food throughout the stay “tasted like” sometimes freshly cooked vs more often quickly microwaved / reheated from day/s before. We’d certainly come back, particularly if there is a substantial leap in the food quality offering (it’s not the selection, it’s the food quality). .

Good standard, much better location than the Sofitel. Unfortunately the hotel does not operate an evening bar or other public place after the pool bars close.

The location, the hotel as a whole, the gym, the breakfast the staff all so lovely and friendly. Reasonable options close by but then Ai Nang is not too far away as well. Will be returning next year.

Execellent hotel with beautiful grounds opening onto a beautiful stretch of beach. Plenty of sunbed space, great facilities and fun fitness classes. Plenty of great restaurants along the beach. The rooms felt a little tired but still very comfortable and for the price you can’t complain! Would certainly stay again

We had a great stay. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The location is great in the beach. Our room had everything needed and the beds are comfy! It's a very relaxing place to stay.

Nice facility

One week stay in early November. ve 1. Rooms are big and well appointed 2. Beach is lovely 3. Food and drink options on the beach and just outside the entrance to the resort 4. Resort is well kept. Maintenance was underway when we stayed (one pool and bar were closed), but this was flagged before booking and not really an issue 5. Buffet breakfast is okay (standard hotel fare) 6. WiFi is great all around the resort. -ve 1. Food and drink is overpriced and average. Some good options outside the resort but not many so gets repetitive if your stay is more than a week 2. Nowhere to really sit and socialise on the evening. Not sure where everyone disappeared to; maybe their rooms? 3. It's located in a mangrove swamp so best bring mosquito repellent 4. The resort is large so getting around takes some time

Excellent cost benefit. The views from the pool in sunset are world class. Service is impeccable and the overall attitude towards tourists in Krabi provide an experience above expectations.

The propety is not new but well maintained and staff were all polite and helpful. Facilities wise, the property has a very decent gym with new amd well maintained machines, and a multi-purpose court where you can play basketball, badminton, table tennis etc. Theres even a muay thai ring which u can opt for private mauy thai lesson for a reasonable fee. The beach is beautiful, with many chairs placed both on sand and grass for you to just lie down and enjoy thr sea breeze. The beach side massage was fantatsic, and still consider cheap compared to the 5-star spa on the property. Ive tried both the spa and the beachside massage and frankly i prefer the beachside massage.

Just great service all around. Great food, our compliments to the chef. And with special thanks to Ms Mintra who brings so much cheer and positive energy to Dusit, and a special thanks to the fitness staff, again great friendly service. We are very much looking forward to our next visit 🙏

The hotel was clean, well maintained and the staff are very friendly. There are plenty of places to sit during the day, over the two pools and the beach. The restaurants in the hotel offer a good range of food and drink, although are pricey relative to outside the hotel.

Dusit is the most relaxing hotel you could ever stay. The grounds and rooms are immaculate and the staff cannot do enough for you. The pools and beach are perfect. We will definately be back.

Fantastic stay at this beautiful beach resort. Comfortable and spacious club room with all day access to the club lounge serving drinks and snacks. Hotel facilities are excellent, from the well equipped gym to the beachside pools and sports facilities. The resort is very well equipped to make a stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Highly recommended.

The check-in process was chaotic. Not sure it was related to the individual or to the staff training. I provided my AMEX card for the requested deposit but it was denied due to AMEX not being accepted by the resort. I was surprised as Hotel.com had accepted AMEX for ‘Book Now and Pay at Hotel’. I then provided my Visa card for the deposit. When I paid for my hotel charge within a few minutes, they did accept AMEX. In general, hotel reserves the deposit using the credit card and does not put through the transaction but mine was put through which was unexpected. At the time I booked the room through Hotel.com, I requested not on the ground floor. Unfortunately, it was not honoured. The Front Desk staff kept saying it would need to upgrade to Club room in order not to be on the ground floor. I booked a King Bed room but a Twin Bed room was given. Room was not exceptional clean but was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast service was quite good. Pool was okay but not magnificent. Staff at the restaurant next to the pool provided great service. Dusit sits next to a number of restaurants, 7-eleven and massage place which the location is convenient. Overall, my stay is good.

The Breakfast is good.

Enjoyable stay. Rooms comfortable & good facilities. Bacon at breakfast inedible. Plenty of choice, but mainly Asian food. Idyllic setting & lovely grounds.

Nice resort. Lots of older couples and young families. Friendly staff, pretty beach Great morning Buffett Not a lot of restaurants on property. Cheaper to eat off site. Other food options close by. They need more activities in resort
