Great location in the center of town and close to Park shuttle stop. Easy self check in, charming little bungalow, clean, nicely decorated with a Mountain View. Room was on the small side but had a huge bathroom.

Our 1 night stay was wonderful. We were in the Gifford. So nice. Amazing sunset view from the front yard. Close to shops and dining and Zion Park.

Awesome. Very cool, clean place. Good location. Self check-in easy. Great (free) huevos rancheros for bfast at Oscars. We will stay here again.

Boutique B&B. Everything vvery spiffy, excellent location, superb breakfast. The only negative was that the Kerrigan coffee maker needed to be descaled and didn’t work

We had an amazing time at the Red Rock Inn! Sharon is an amazing manager that greets you when you arrive and is so warm & friendly! We felt like family!😊 Breakfast that was offered at Oscar’s was so good! We will definitely be coming back soon!

We stayed at Red Rock Inn the night before going to Zion.
Even though it was pouring rain when we arrived, the manager Sharon met us outside, showed us our cabin, and where to park. The parking is a little snug, but all the SUVs staying there fit.
The place is adorable. It's loaded with features and amenities, and beautifully landscaped to fit right in with the mountain to the immediate rear.
If you stay, be sure to go up the rear steps to the hottub. Even if you're not a hottub person, you've gotta see the area up there!
Also, a breakfast voucher is provided for Oscar's Cafe, just down the street. Even without a voucher, I recommend breakfast at Oscar's. Portions were huuge.
The proximity to Zion is what prompted us to stay there, and I'm glad that we did.

Very quaint and beautiful. Peaceful, shady lawn with outdoor patios and hot tub. Interior was beautifully styled, comfortable, and clean. We will return soon.

Ants all ver the bathroom sort of spoiled the rather nice accommodations. No other facilities-really just a well located room/bungalow in Zion. Pricey

I enjoyed the experience of staying at a Bed and Breakfast, not too many people but the downside was not being able to get extra towels when needed. Also, i was not clear where the free breakfast was, so we ended up going out for breakfast. Sharon was extremely nice, but appears to be overworked.

Loved our stay at the Red Rock Inn. The Gifford Suite was perfect for us and after a 6hr hike up the Narrows the jacuzzi tub was a big help. The service was excellent and we will certainly stay there next time we visit Zion.

The room was fine. Not as nice as I thought it should be for the money. When we got there the air-conditioner wasn't on for us when we got there at 5:30 and it was over 105° outside. It took it until 2:30 am to finally cool off. The threshold for the front door was broken causing me to trip on it going in. I was also hoping to get a mountain view from the cottage like the website said I would. There were no windows facing the mountain, so that was disappointing. On the plus side, the hotel attendant was very friendly and suggested we take a trip to see another section of the park. We were so glad we did. It was spectaular!

We truly enjoyed our stay. The manager was very helpful with planning our hiking at Zion and navigating the park on Memorial Day weekend. Everything in the area is in walking distance. A grocery store is right across the street! The breakfast was delicious at Oscar's Café.

Cozy place to stay while visiting Zion. Clean comfortable room that was clean and quiet. Great breakfast at the restaurant next door is included for each guest daily. You won’t start the day hungry. Located within walking distance of everything in Springdale.

The Innkeeper, Sharon, was a tremendous help in telling us about the park and best sites, even drawing out a map for us.

Sharon was an excellent host. Her property is unique, located in the center of Springdale amongst idyllic settings with the majestic red mountains as backdrop. The cottages are very well maintained. Sharon is a wealth of information, and very attentive to her guests. The location is very ideal for some of the great dining options nearby, taking the bus into Zion, renting ebikes or Narrrows equipment etc. This property has an excellent arrangement with Oscars next door for a sumptuous breakfast. There is also a hot tub that is private but with fantastic views. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and brought back excellent memories of Zion. Highly recommend the Red Rock Inn.

We loved staying here. It is very comfortable and clean. And the grounds are lovely. The view from our cottage was gorgeous and we enjoyed eating out on the front porch, enjoying the serenity.
We recommend asking for a cottage with a walk-in shower with a shower bar for stability, if you have trouble navigating a high tub for a shower.

A central location when visiting Zion. Once we arrived, we didn’t need our car with the free, local shuttle service throughout Springdale. Our room was spacious, clan and comfortable. The owners we helpful and friendly and gave us tips on how to make the most of our visit. We would stay there again.

This was the perfect place to stay outside of Zion. Very clean, quiet, roomy and such a wonderful piece of property all around. Super convenient to town and the breakfast at Oscar’s was icing on the cake! I wish every National park had a place like this! Highly recommend.

Red Rock Inn is such a fun B&B! We stayed in the Watchman which was updated and comfortable. We were close to a shuttle stop and close to a lot of shopping and restaurants. We would definitely stay there again!

I strongly recommend the Red Rock Inn. Our room was detached from other buildings, hence private. I think the shower faucet was not great, but perhaps I am misremembering! Our host was super friendly and very helpful with instructions about Zion NP. Breakfast was included, at Oscar's Cafe a few doors down, which provided an actual bona fide hot, full, great breakfast.
