Loved the little cottage for my hubby and I. Location was perfect at the center of the Rocky Mountain trails, near shopping and dining, and clean. Shower was too small, and we are 5' 4 and 120-150 pounds.

The cottage was very small. No communication. TV went out at night and in the morning. The bathroom was so small you could hardly fit in it. No air conditioning.

We ran into a small inconvenience. The property manager upgraded our stay, with no charge. We did not expect this, and we were very pleased with the immediate response. Thank you, Stephanie.

Very close to RMNP, the cottage was comfy, clean and had all the amenities we needed as a family.

Great little stay near Rocky Mountain National Park. Our AC didn’t work, but the weather was nice enough that we were fine.

Our cottage was very cool. Small but comfortable, very cozy. Easy access to town and RMNP, but not in the middle of all the hubbub. Well maintained property with lots of personal touches. Lots of flowers and birds, private, and the hot tub is nice after a day in the woods. Will be back.

The location was great. The place is dated, but clean except the carpets should be shampooed. Also there should be another chair in living room, the couch was not big enough for 4 of us and one had to sit on kitchen chair to watch TV. The owner’s communication was great.

Very close to the park entrance and few restaurants. Cottage was cozy and nice. Bathroom was very tiny and not in good condition. Rest was all good. It was good to get the car parked in front of the cabin.

The Mountain View from the doorway and patio area were spectacular! Cottage was equipped with supplies(paper towels, coffee, sweetener, creamer, dish liquid, soaps, shampoo, conditioner, and dishes) If you ran out of anything, you could go to the office and stock back up. It’s a great place to stay. Would stay again, if I come back. Another plus is it’s dog friendly!

Small basic cottages. Very clean and well equipped. Downside was that the bed was very soft, not great for anyone with back issues. Every move either one if us made, the whole bed moved (reminded me of my first water bed). Property is on a very busy street and bustling restaurant across the street. We stayed here on a very high visiting time so expected some high traffic. I imagine staying here during a less busy time would be more relaxing. Very friendly staff and other guests.

The location was great, just minutes from the Park entrance, which was what we were looking for. There are also several options of restaurants walking distance, we recommend specially the restaurant just across the street, the service was great and so was the food.

Everything was great except internet was hit or miss and would kick you off.

It was convenient to everything and the room itself was pleasant. It had a nice hot tub, and A pleasant atmosphere for outside grilling or a bonfire

This place was fantastic. Great location. I wanted to have more of a “glamping” stay and our stay was just that. Outdoorsy feel yet still having amenities. We made s’mores by the fire pit and enjoyed the hot tub after a full day of hiking. My only remark for improvement were the beds. They were pretty firm. However, I know bed type is different for everyone. Communication was excellent! I’d definitely stay here again

These cottages are charming, but close to the road, so it was rather loud at night. The queen bed was two cots put together! Not very comfortable. We did like the cosy decor and location close to town

Great location. The hot tub and fireplace was awesome. The bed was squishier than I like but thebplace was perfect for the weekend getaway.

Such a great stay!! Stephanie was very communicative and gave me instructions on how to use the hot tub. Everything in the cabin was great! Only negative is I noticed some mold starting above the shower in the cabin I chose, but there is a vent so hopefully other guests will start using that more. Thanks for a great stay!!

The room was awesome! Fire Place in room was perfect!!!! Access to RMNP was huge bonus!

I’m a minimalist, this little cottage was great for my bf and dog. We enjoyed a fire place and watched two movies (dvd) provided from the cottages. Super close to Rocky Mountains and easy to access. If I had any questions is was easy to get ahold of the office for answers. Highly recommend.

Wife and I along with our dog stayed one night in the iris cabin. It was perfect and clean. Bed is very firm but for us that was great. Jim and birds restaurant is across the street and excellent food. Great location and amenities. We loved it and will be back

The room was rundown. The weather stripping was coming off the door. The bathroom had dried paint in the floor and the floorboards were dirty. The toilet ran loudly after flushing and the thermostat did not seem to work in the living room.

Colorado Cottages is a cute and cozy option for a stay in Estes Park. Staff was helpful and friendly. The cottages, though small, were adequate and clean. However, they could use with some updating, particularly the bathroom. Shower was very small and difficult to manage toiletries in small bathroom. Great location and convenient to explore RMNP.

We very much enjoyed the Iris #1 cabin we rented. It was VERY clean. The bed was comfortable. And the location was perfect! It was 10 minutes from RMNP entrance, 10 minutes from the Stanley Hotel (great place tour), and was 10 steps from Bird and Jim’s restaurant that I highly recommend. Check in and out was a piece of cake! We would definitely stay here again when in Estes Park!
