We felt unsafe as the lock on the door was not secure

This motel while aged appears well kept and clean. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The issues are bugs and noise. Lots of bugs crawling around on the furniture. The other patrons near my room were up beyond 2am in the morning and noisy on a weeknight.

Room has carpet and large pee stains. Smelled like urine. Large stain on matress. No matress pad cover just a flat sheet. Was given refund for 2nd night I didnt stay. Lots of people coming and going next door late @ night. Noisy!

The motel rate per night was good. The location was central to everywhere I wanted to go. The motel staff were friendly, wonderful and very accommodating. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. While the interior of the room was very clean, the property owners need to do more cosmetics in each room, ie refinishing of furniture….the furniture was scratched and paint was coming off. Touch up the walls and especially the baseboards…they were discolored and broken in places. We had no shower curtain rod or inside shower liner. In some spots, carpet pieces were missing and it appeared that no one had deep cleaned the carpets in a long time. Our room smelled like weed when we walked in so I guess no one followed the “no smoking” rule. The exterior door was cracked, not tight and screws were loose around the door. The seal on the door and the locking system wasn’t secure at all. The door needed to be recanted and painted too but was not well maintained at all. Groundskeeping needs to clean up around the pool and dumpster area because it was not maintained.

The stay was very nice. The room was very nice. But the only thing was the people working there. It was me and my boyfriend staying there and my three friends that I was there to visit with, came and hung out with us in the room and it wasn’t even more than 30 minutes when the people living here and working here harassed us about how many people we had staying in the room and when I asked what the issue was they got really snappy and mean. Totally uncalled for. There was no reason for them to speak to us the way they did when all I was trying to figure out was if there was a legitimate problem with my friends staying in the room with us for a little bit. They weren’t staying the night. And the people didn’t even hesitate to immediately be rude to us when we were just trying to ask a question. I think that if you’re going to be living and working in the same place you should have a little more respect for people and their own selves. They should feel embarrassed and dumb for being the way they are. But the stay was nice.

Good price to pay your head nothing fancy but clean nice staff

Bad experience, room was nasty smells like dog pee, floor was dirty as hell. I would not recommend staying there.

Upon arrival, we found roaches in the room.. when asked for a refund, it was granted, except for ironically the $50 cleaning fee. Front desk staff did not seem at all surprised by or apologetic for the fact we encountered bugs in the room.

I traveled to see my son, and his family of 5, with their dog, who were staying at the motel, for a few days. They let me check in early and managed to give me a room close to my grandchildren, which I thought was very accommodating. The pool was great and the staff are very pleasant.

Just didn’t get to get in the pool was an uncontrollable young boy that the parent didn’t control . Other than that a really nice place to stay! Staff so nice and helpful!

The location is wonderful if you're visiting anyone in the Pot-Nets communities...and that's about the only pro outside of great air conditioning, refrigerator, microwave, and water pressure. Upon arrival, we immediately requested new pillow covers because ours were stained yellow. We counted approximately 10 bugs throughout our four-day stay, including what looked to be a cockroach that crawled back underneath the gap in the walls. We were missing a tub stopper and asked for one in the office and were told, "I guess we don't have one for your room. Here's a rag to shove in the drain. You can purchase a stopper at the store if you really want one." Seriously?! Our neighbors were clearly drug addicts and made our stay quite entertaining (in the worst way). We almost called the police one night due to a domestic dispute as it kept our 2-year old son awake late at night. They even proceeded to set off fireworks in the parking lot right next to our door one night. Their pitbull also got into a fight with another dog in the parking lot. Good luck calling the office at night to report anything because no one is there. We will never stay here again!

It is an older motel so expect there will be signs of wear. Our room was clean. The fridge worked, the Keurig worked, the WiFi worked, the TV worked and there was hot water. We just needed a place to rest our head for a day or two while in the area and we didn't want to spend too much money. It served the purpose.

Room was infested with roach-like insects.

It is very clean good service to the customer a very quiet link to rest.

What I didn't like was that when I walked into my room after cheeking in was that it was a non smoking room but it smelled like someone that smoked and the bed was very hard that I did have a comfortable sleep. But overall the facility was fairly clean and had a pool that was clean.

It had been years since I've stayed there and remember it used to be good. But since then it smells a bit musty and the floors felt and looked disgusting

I rented a room for disabled individuals. The room had a bar table height table and chairs. Clearly the owners did not know how to set up a room for disabled individuals.

Hotel is in bad condition. Carpet is disgusting. Couldn't get the tv to work, i called the front desk.the person who came to fix the problem didn't have a clue. This area needs more hotels. Only reason I stayed here, was it's close to Paradise grill.

The ladies that were there up until the day I left were GREAT! Super friendly and personable.

This is a transient motel and the the other guess are people that the gov is paying their way. I'll be so very lucky if I didn't bring home bed bugs! Actually my room was ok but I wouldn't stay there again if you paid me to stay there. You really shouldn't list this a place to stay

Quaint motel with decent rates in of season. It worked out well for us.

Customer service was great bed spread had burn holes in it pillows were flat as the sheets carpet in room has stains all over them seen roaches coming out from the mirror and some in the bathroom.in the pool area was an ice machine and soda machine ice machine did not work and sodas 2.50 each

The staff was very nice and knowledgeable on a few inquiries I had during my stay. Good staffing is always a pleasure.
