I like this hotel and the atmosphere of neighbor, walkable distance to la defense was good for me

A great little hotel, with rooms that contain small well-stocked kitchens. Puteaux is a nice quiet clean area with Ubers available, and Metro stop only 10 mins walk away. Felt like a small rural town, but right next to financial “La Defense” area that has shopping and more. I was doubtful about booking because I felt it was too far out of central Paris, but it’s fine. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Complaints: TV didn’t seem to work. A channel would get fuzzy after only a few minutes. No vent in the bathroom, so a lot of steam build up. Maybe a little dim in the rooms, but all these things fairly minor. Internet speed was solid. And windows opened widely. I’d return for sure.

Would have liked in house laundry service. As in the staff do the washing and give its back ready. I was willing to pay. However I had to pay to use the machine so I had to do all the work Would like to stay again The laundry to be done Thank you to all the staff

This was our first place to stay in France and a 5 out of five as the best. We had requested 2 beds several months ahead and checked in 5 minutes after check in time. Their parking was hard to find and elevators from parking was difficult to find. BUT we were given two adjoining suites for the same price as our original booking. Construction was going on but they respected the guests. There is a mini mart, with beer and wine, one small block down and wonderful restaurants the other way just walking.

We knew it was going to be basic, and we're happy as long as it was clean. We booked 2 x inter connecting rooms so my teenager had his own room. There was plenty of space, and they had a small kitchen. The staff were friendly upon check-in. The rooms are only serviced if you stay 8 nights or more and there is a charge if you want your towels changed. The one pillow you are provided with is as flat as a pancake, so I didn't get a decent night's sleep in the 5 nights We stayed. I asked 3 times for an extra pillow, but it never appeared. We also had to ask for loo roll, which I felt didn't go down too well. The TV had loads of channels, but only about 3 worked as there was 'no signal'. The channels that worked were either French or CNN. It is very quiet, so that's a plus. There is a Carriefour at the end of the street if you turn right out of the hotel. If you turn left and left at the end of the block, you will find a Dominoes. I wouldn't stay in La Defense again as there isn't really anywhere to eat. The restaurant across the road is barely open. I wouldn't choose to stay at this hotel either due to the fact that you ask something for three times and still not get it. I didn't feel it was an unreasonable request.

The hotel is not comfortable. The vending machine for water and drinks is out of order. Don’t trust the hotel staff to hire your a taxi on behalf of you. They had a booked a very bad taxi for me. The driver had overcharged me 100% on the taxi fare. The hotel still not reply me the taxi company information on resolving it. Not helpful at all and gave tourist a extremely bad image.

Great location in a quiet safe area near a metro station La Defense M1 /yellow line/...10 min walk. Carrefour City nearby / 1min walk/. Helpful staff, clean studio, fully equipped kitchen...everything was perfect. Keep in mind that if you stay for less than 8 days, there will be no visit from a housekeeper

Standard for overnigth stay very close to la Defance with good garage.

Nice place for a short stay, clean confortable, well equipes kitchen and well situated. Amenities were basic and I was a bit surprised that there was no room cleaning for stays 7 days or less. We got 2 communicating studios which allowed separate spaces for parents and kids which was a nice feature. Personnel was courteous and helpful giving indications an even making copies. I recommend and would definitely come back.

Good location. 10-minute walk to LaDefense Emplanade Metro Station. Easy trip to the Louve or La Chatel transfer station. Short walk to grocery. Good value for mini apartment hotel.

The Hotel is putting rules that are ridiculous as giving a quota for the towels & toilet papers . No cleaning the room except after one week . In relay the hotel charge is high & don't comply to that stander of treatments . Expedia is considered un professional as all these deficits of services has to considered when advertising . The matter is not just selling nor giving your customer the whole picture to the Hotel facilities & conditions that may not familiar to accept

A great value for money, the room is clean, big and well equipped, the stuff are friendly, The location is very good, The neighborhood is very safe and quite with many close markets and restaurants , located in the business area of Paris ,not so far from center (20 to 25 minutes by public transport), 10 minutes walk to the nearest metro station (esplanade de la défense) and 15 minutes walk to la défense train station (it has a metro station as well and big shopping mall).overall a great stay, definitely will stay there again when go to Paris

It was an okay experience! The location was good, well-connected to Paris, but the apartment room was okay. Not great front desk or service. The comfort was there but were lacking a few amenities which could have made it better

Nothing special, neither charming nor stylish, good enough. I wander why this hotel has such a high review. Floor in bathroom was always wet from shower. On a positive side - quite and darkness during the night.

Room was a good size, clean and the kitchen area had everything needed to make snacks and cook simple meals.

Given all the problems atm hotel was excellent with clear distancing guidelines easy to follow

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Aparthotel Adagio access La Défense Puteaux. To begin, the Check-In and Check-Out processes at the hotel were quick and efficient. My studio apartment was large and comfortable with a balcony that had amazing views. It was one of the best laid out rooms I’ve ever been in. I must admit I had a hard time leaving the apartment because it was so amazing. Also, the apartment came with a decent-sized kitchenette and bathroom. Beyond the room, the staff was very attentive, professional and friendly. Everyone I was in contact with spoke English or tried to. They made my stay at Aparthotel a truly memorable experience.However, the one thing I would consider when choosing this hotel is the walk to the Metro. Getting to the nearest station, Esplanade La Defense, was a trek. It involved walking up three levels of stairs and then crossing a bridge that spanned a highway below it. I would not recommend anyone with health issues trying to walk to the Metro from the hotel. Overall, I would highly recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay while in Paris!

The rooms are clean. The beds are comfortable. The mini kitchen helped us save some money since we cooked some meals.
