Had a lovely stay at Broadlands Gate. The owners were very welcoming and made us feel at home as soon as we walked in the door. The facilities were excellent and clean and breakfast was lovely. I would highly recommend this gem of a B&B.

Great place to stay. John and Brian are excellent hosts with a unique property in a fantastic location. The small suite gives you the option of comfortable chairs for relaxation. Breakfast cooked to order was superb. Highly recommended.

What a very restful and beautiful house to stay in, our hosts could not have been more caring and attentive. The 2 bedroom suite is much more than you could ever hope for, so comfortable and roomy - this really is a very special place to stay, right in the heart of the New Forest. Highly recommended!

Amazing break. Would recommend anyone to stay if you like comfort,good food, country surroundings this is an ideal place to stay.

Broadlands Gate is perfectly located in Brockenurst near to cylce tracks and walking routes and only a ten minute walk to the centre of Brockenhurst. The rooms were great with double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and another seperate toilet.We also had a sitting room which was lovely to relax in after cycling or going into town for dinner. The breakfast was amazing with choices of fruit, yogurt and a fantastic cooked breakfast cooked to your liking. The only thing that let Broadlands Gate down for us was the smell of cigarette smoke. It felt like the owners were making an effort to minimise the smell but unfortunately the smell of cigarttes gets everywhere however hard you try. Other than that our stay was very enjoyable.

Very welcoming hosts.superb suite, very warm and comfortable. Lots of little extra touches which made the stay special. Breakfast was lovely. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings.

A relaxing couple of days in comfortable accommodation with attentive and friendly hosts who do all they can to make you welcome into their home. The breakfast is excellent and the food served is of top quality. Altogether a very pleasant weekend and I would have no hesitation in recommending Broadlands Gate .

Broadlands gate is a beautiful house with a peaceful and well kept secluded garden. John and Brian look after every guest with attentiveness. We stayed in the junior suite lovely bedroom with large ensuite and our own lounge where we could sit and chat, sip wine or make tea with real milk. The lounge had fridge and tv aswell as coffee and tea facilities and was very well,equipped. John and Brian went the extra mile with everything, I asked if they could please get me some gluten free bread not only did they do this they gave me gluten free sausages as well! They left us a torch in the room to light our way back from the village, a choice of umbrellas and friendly suggestions about where to eat. The breakfast was delicious and served in a beautiful dining room overlooking the garden. WE wouldn't stay anywhere else if we visit again it was so relaxing and peaceful.

We wanted a place to stay in Brockenhurst close to the Cycle Hire facilities at Brockenhurst railway station. After reading numerous reviews we chose to stay at Broadlands Gate and were not disappointed. We had our own small lounge, bathroom and bedroom and were within a ten minute walk of the station. It was great to have our own lounge to relax in after a day's cycling! We were also able to store our cycles safely at Broadlands Gate which meant we could just head out at our leisure without having to return to collect our cycles from the station. The breakfast provided was excellent and set us up for the day and there were enough establishments in Brockenhurst to provide an evening meal. We would definitely stay here again when we return to the New Forest .

Excellent location. Beautiful house where we were made to feel most welcome by our hosts.The rooms were very comfortable and clean with everything we needed. Lots to choose for breakfast which was included, especially enjoyed the fresh fruit salad. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful with anything we needed to know, Would highly recommend to anyone who wants somewhere out of the ordinary, in stylish surroundings..

Charming hosts and very pleasant and comfortable surroundings

All did not start well, as Hotels.com had the wrong address of this property on their web site (this has now been corrected!) so it took me some time on a dark October night to find it. ONce I did, I could not have been treated any better - fabulous hosts, great suite, lovely location, speedy and early breakfast service (as I needed). I just wish I could have spent longer there and explored the local area. Certainly planning to return on a more leisurely basis.

Had a lovely couple of days. Nice room with our own separate lounge area with small fridge, plenty of cups, glasses etc to use. Even a couple of chocolates placed on our pillows at night :) Lovely breakfast, fresh fruit, yoghurt, cereals and of course full English. John and Brian are such lovely hosts will definitely be coming back sometime.

Elegant, clean and comfortable rooms. Friendly and welcoming hosts. Very tasty breakfast served in the lovely dining room. Close to the village. Would have loved to stay longer and we will return.
