This was the highlight of our five-night stay on PEI. Such fine attention to details from the amenities in the bathroom to the lovely furnishings with every modern touch for comfort. Andrea goes out of her way to be a concierge for guests at this excellent B&B. She recommended two restaurants and both were exceptional.

Barachoice Inn is a must-stay for anyone who wants to step into the world of Anne of Green Gables. The rooms are beautifully decorated to capture the charm and warmth of the novel, and the breakfast is simply delicious. The host, a lovely woman, went above and beyond to make my stay feel special. The grounds surrounding the house are beautiful. Right across from the Banker’s Museum, a great little activity. Restaurant options are nearby. Host was very friendly. We only stayed in the main house and had no opportunity to see the additional guesthouse. Would try to stay there on a return visit. Breakfast was more then adequate.

Lovely stay in an historic building. The Inn keeps the integrity of a beautifully restored historical home while also supporting energy initiatives with solar paneling and EV parking spaces. The hosts care deeply about the history of the building and location and are full of information about PEI. Loved our room with views over the church yard and the bay. Only concern was with the shower head which needed repair (not able to be done while we were there - it was adequate). Breakfast was very welcomed; access to Netflix to watch Anne with an E was a bonus! Very much enjoyed our stay!

I am so happy we chose Barachois Inn for our recent stay in PEI. My mother is in a wheelchair and there were so few options on the island for her to stay comfortably. Barachois Inn made it possible and Judy and Andrea were wonderful hosts. Their hospitality made this spot the best part of the whole trip. Highly recommend it as a place to stay.

We spent two wonderful nights here, adding to our visit to PEI. The hosts are very warm and knowledgeable about the area, the inn is beautiful and thoughtfully decorated and our room was very comfortable. Would definitely come back.

Property was advertised as a luxury inn. I expected better amenities. The breakfast was the same everyday. The jellies and syrup were small packets. Not local. Coffee pods in the rooms were Kirkland brand. Linens were medium quality. The internet was down during our entire stay. So no tv either. This added to our frustration.

The property is in a beautiful rural setting and is an excellent location to take day trips from. The units are large and very well equipped including microwave and mini fridge.
The owners daughter,Andrea prepares and serves breakfasts which are awesome with plenty of selection. She has a wonderful personality and sense of humour.
Judy, the owner is a wonderful and very helpful person. Having run the operation for some 38 years she really has it nailed.
The website accurately reflects the property. We highly recommend this facility.

We enjoyed our stay. The property had a luxury bed (although one of the four posters did obscure the view of the TV). The bathroom, especially the bathtub was huge. The room was well stocked with all the amenities we needed. It was very clean. Staff were very east coast friendly. Location was great - away from the busyness of many other places and close to some great restaurants.

I took my mother on her "dream" trip to PEI all the way from Australia. This was the prefect location for our getaway. Judy and her daughter made us feel right at home. George was the perfect host at breakfast and we enjoyed eating with the other guests. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. We cannot wait to go back.

It is a very beautiful and lovely bed-and-breakfast! And a very lovely location. However, the Internet was not working at all while we stayed there. Also, it would be nice to have a buffet style breakfast. We were served a pretty small breakfast.

What a beautiful property and location! Judy and her daughters made us feel right at home and filled us with lots of local history. The beach just down the street was the best recommendation of all. The most amazing place I’ve ever stayed. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared, the rooms and common areas are immaculately clean, the decor extremely tasteful. Hosts were friendly, helpful, and made me feel right at home. It’s in a great area not too far from Charlottetown but very picturesque and quiet. I would go back to this charming place in a heartbeat.
