We loved this hotel. I usually prefer to stay on the beach. While this hotel isn’t located beachside you get a beautiful view from the pool area on the very top floor. We thoroughly enjoyed the view, the pool, the cabanas, bar and hot tub. It gets cool in the evenings in Cabo but the friendly bartender kept us stocked with warm towels while we hung out at the pool. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was very nice, courteous, and helpful as well. The only big negative for me and my family was the off location of the hotel from any beaches around there. There are no beaches around there where you can walk to. You will have to drive to go to any public beaches, therefore, you will require a car. The hotel is at mid point between San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo. Other than that, good place to stay and there are good eating options around the hotel. The pool on 5th floor (on top floor) was very nice and clean as well.

This hotel was very clean, the area where the hotel was located was very nice and safe. Love that it was close to Palmilla Beach. The only thing that did not like was the parking space, too much of a hassle to get in and get out of the parking garage, and limited space.

Location is very good

I come to Cabo often to look at real estate and always stay here. I feel really safe here. I love the surrounding restaurants that are right next to the hotel. it’s centrally located between San Jose, Del Cabo and Cabo. Great beaches nearby for swimming and surfing. The pool is awesome, but their complimentary breakfast is amazing!!! The best I’ve ever had!

I did not initially get what we paid for and spent two nights on a pull out bed, wheelchair accessible room, with water going everywhere on the floor from the shower. I slipped twice before getting reimbursed for the two nights and then moved to the appropriate room. Was told two days in a row they were fully booked and had to speak with multiple people in management before the supervisor ultimately fixed it. (Thank you Angela). Once in the new room the shower didn’t work properly but we worked through it. The breakfast was the best part of our stay and it was consistently decent each morning. The front desk staff was nice and patient, even when we had to use the translator. I realize it’s not their fault but management. This is my FIRST ever BAD experience with Hampton. It’s unfortunate.

The hotel gets the job done if you want to be in Cabo. The room is clean, and the hotel pool and jacuzzi ae nice. Front desk service is poor, with the exception of a lovely young man. Staff do not acknowledge you when you're in front of them. They sometimes continue conversations for up to a minute. Checkin is disorganized. This is not a property where you're likely to be able to check in early. It may be well past the checkin time before you can get a room. Very slow, paper-based checkin system, not the employees fault, but corporate should get it together. What irked me the most is that I was happy to wait for my room to be prepared by the pool and said as much to the front desk staff. When I went up, I discovered I had to get a towel from the front desk (odd, but more odd the front desk staff didn't bother to offer me a towel when I said I'd be going to the pool area to change and use the pool), so I went back down. When I went down, I was told I needed an ID to get a towel, despite the same woman having just taken my passport ID several minutes earlier. She needed to hold onto my physical ID in order for me to get a towel. So a simple task, getting a pool towel, which in a normal circumstance would happen at the pool, took five rides up and down in an elevator and a state issued ID. If you want your guests to feel like they're at a decent hotel, making them come to the front desk and give their ID for collateral is not the way to do it.

I loved most that the workers and security lets you have fun and be yourself, the I did a little too much hahahaha I thank you all so much for that and will be back soon.

Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Great food fair across the parking lot. However the roof top pool was ok but not heated so no-one was using it.
