Very welcoming hosts. Stayed in a cabin in the garden of the property; very cosy, great super king size bed & huge shower. Plenty of tea/coffee/hot chocolate/biscuits that could be replenished daily. You could order breakfast at the same cost as ordering with the booking. Approx 25minute walk from the station down the crab & winkle way.
Nice outdoor seating to have drinks/food at.
Helpful to be able to leave our luggage at the accommodation on the last day.
A great trip - definitely recommend!

It was tranquil and beautiful. Very pleasant in every way. Well kept and the staff were excellent and helpful. It was well located for walking into Whitstable on the Invicta Way if so inclined and was in easy driving distance for Tankerton and Herne Bay. Hard to fault. A good stay

We were having a lovely time but was ruined by the owners , which one of them came across aggressive after my partner left her phone there by mistake. They were nice to us on arrival but were completely different people ( horrible) by the end….. would never dream of returning

What a hidden gem, if your after somewhere quiet with beautiful surroundings then this is the place. Its quaint and quirky and amazing all rolled into one.

Very friendly, welcoming. We arrived early and it wasn’t a problem at all. The room was all ready. Food yummy, beds comfy. Recommended.

Hosts were very welcoming and friendly. Chalet very comfortable, clean and warm.
Had a really good nights sleep.
Great choice for breakfast which was really nice. Provided nibbles for our young puppy and very patient with him.
Would definitely stay there again.

We were disappointed with the premises, it wasn't worth the £100 fee at all, the lady was nice but the room was extremely dated and we didn't stay the night, we left.

Jane was most welcoming and happy to help in anyway she could. The chalets are delightful although we stayed in the main house, which we found most comfortable. You are about 15 minute walk to the Harbour.

The only negative was the lane up to Hillview. It was very narrow and both sides were full of weeds/plants that needed trimming to avoid your car being scratched. Also the sign at the beginning of the Lane was also covered by plants so just able to see it. Other than this I would recommend Hillview as a lovely quiet/tranquil place to stay.

Very private - very user friendly - dog friendly - breakfast to die for - a short taxi ride from the beach so able to enjoy lunch with a drink.
But please put up a bigger sign so we can find you on arrival

We had a lovely stay. The garden and views were gorgeous, the staff amazing, excellent breakfast and close enough to all Whitstable has to offer. Will definitely return.

Lovely charming cabin 20 minutes walk from Whitstable harbour.

We stayed for 4 nights while we visited family. The room was clean and comfortable, fresh bottled water was provided every day and there was a fan as it was quite hot in the room. Breakfast was great with the best scrambled eggs I've had in a long time.

We stayed in one of the cottages and it fit our family of three comfortably. The ladies running this bed and breakfast are very nice and accommodating. The cooked to order breakfasts were delicious. The only thing I wished our cottage had was air conditioning as the sun shone directly into the windows and doors and made it quite warm during the late morning and afternoon.

Best of all, she was provided with her favourite toy, a tennis ball. Potential guests should ignore the criticism of pot-holes in the drive - don't drive so fast! Breakfast is excellent with a very wide choice.

WE ARRIVED ON A VERY COLD DAY AND THE CHALET HADNT BEEN WARMED UP FOR US SO WE TRIED TO WARM IT UP BUT THE POWER WASNT ENOUGH TO HEAT UP THE LITTLE HEATERS WE WENT OUT AND WHEN WE GOT BACK HAD TO GO TO BED FULLY CLOTHED WE ONLY BOOKED FOR ONE NOGHT SO DIDNT THINK TO COMPLAIN
IN GOOD WEATHER THE CHALET WOULD BE FINE I WOULD MAKE THE CHALET WE STAYED IN A BIT MORE HOMELY IT IS A BIT SPARTAN NICE WET ROOM SHOWER !

Standard B and B, interesting location away from town. Nice managers. A bit of a walk into Whitstable, but a nice one.

Lovely chalet with extra facilities, including a fridge, microwave, crockery and cutlery. No wardrobe, but plenty of pegs and given hangers when asked. Jane our host was very helpful but respected our privacy. Had the use of host's washing line. Bottled water provided every day. Excellent breakfast.
