Great place for a nights rest

Spacious room, with three queen beds so everyone could sleep comfortably. Made for an easy and simple stay without worrying about fitting everything.

Good value. Clean.

It's a funky little hotel and an amazingly quaint and fun town! Go to Houston's for a great meal and wonderful service.

Doesn’t look like much from the outside but is very cute inside. Beds are GARBAGE! Didn’t sleep hardly at all. People next door started arguing at 2 am keeping me even more awake. I would stay again and would probably suggest it to friends. Just need to get the beds under control.

Comfortable motel within easy drive of Grand Canyon and national parks. Room has fridge, microwave, beds are comfortable. Family run business, nice folks.

We are full-time travelers, the price was reasonable, the room was very clean and our stay was quiet and uneventful. The only recommendation would be that they get a couple chairs and a table. Travel dad would stay here again. 👍

The room was clean but not roomy. In our first room the TV didn't work, so the owner came and worked on it for 30 minutes. Finally he moved us to the room next door. Comfortable beds and very clean.

The property was run down and the owner was taking advantage of the Memorial weekend holiday to increase prices. Not worth it!

Upon arrival. The police were there to help someone in a bad situation. Our room had an extra bed to accommodate sleeping 5 people. The extra room was super hot at night, the door wouldn’t shut unless you moved the bed way over, the beds were extremely uncomfortable, the freezer had spilled milk and was pretty gross. Everything is way outdated. The pool was so gross my kids didn’t want to swim, the latchkey kid was anxiously awaiting any adult that would supervise him in the pool, (sadly). The only reason I gave it two stars was because it was close to places you could walk too in town for food and groceries. This place needs a major remodel and new beds and it would be wonderful. Also to note, the pet fee is $20 per pet, per day. Which I have never encountered when traveling. It’s always been just one flat deposit. We reserved three nights to explore Kanab, unfortunately it was non-refundable from hotels.com. So we cut our losses and left after one night and went to St.George. We didn’t want to stay in Kanab any longer.

Room smelled like fried fish. Floors and carpet filthy. My head on bed was almost inside the bathroom the room was so small. It did have MW and refrig. Bulbs out over mirror. Parking too small for Chevy surburban.

Rooms were clean, just obviously old. Front desk staff member was extremely nice and helpful!

Relatively run down place, but to be expected for that price, so that was totally ok. It was reasonably clean, but the carpet was pretty filthy. The only thing I disliked was the only lukewarm water in the shower. On all occasions I had a shower, the water never got hot or even warm, was just lukewarm. Wouldn’t be an issue in summer, but not so pleasant in spring.

parking lot is a little small and fills up but otherwise a decent stay.

What we expected. Just needed place to rest our heads. Blinds need replacing

Very good for the price. Only issue was tv or remote was not working. Attendant acted high couldn’t get tv working never in the office. But overall good price, nice location inside kanab, hour half from Bryce

The place is a bit older but is a simple and clean place to stay the night.

We showed up late. They left a key for us under the door mat. We got there and the room wasn't cleaned from the previous guests. It was midnight and had no other option but to try to sleep in dirty bedding and use a bathroom with used towels all over the floor. The lobby was closed we tried to call but no one answered. It was not pleasant. Then the cleaner knocks on our door a 9 am and the owner is there as well asking me to sign the papers I didn't sign the night before. I explained what happened they started arguing at our doorstep it was awkward. Owner didn't offer refund or any compensation. Just said sorry... Disaster

Room was adequate, remodeled sometime in the last couple years, and hasn't been swept or vacuumed since. Sheets hadn't been changed in awhile either. Would have left immediately but last room in town due to spring break and my 2 year old couldn't ride in the car any longer

I had holes in my sheets that weren’t very clean to begin with. My TV didn’t work half the time. The bed was uncomfortable and the service was slow to none existent. I’ve stayed here many times over the last 10 years but it’s gone way downhill. Never again.

Water pressure and temperature in the showers was great. Very nice staff.

Affordable and close to basicly everything. wish the water had been warmer and you have to request daily cleaning or it will be every other day.
