The chalet was big enough to cover 10-12ppl. It was nice and cozy with the fireplace. The place is clean and there’s a lot of cutlery to use. We wanna go tubing but it is closed on that day so we end up swimming in the pool. The water in the pool is warm and nice. We did enjoy staying and we will go back again hopefully next year:)

Beautiful pristine property on a lake. Great trails to walk. Kayaking was lots of fun and even saw a loon. Restaurant was very good for supper. Unfortunately no breakfast available.
Second room in the condo was disappointing. Claimed 2 queen beds but only the master room had a queen. Kitchen was well equipped.

Clean and well equipped,for self service guest.Generally staff was friendly but understaffed( I guess due to Covid)During a busy weekend the hotel Resturant was fully booked, there was only one serveuse( Kimberly) who served with a smile and did excellent job of tending the bar and the tables.Rooms on ground floor lack privacy, see through curtains on front glass door and large side windows, one could hear the guest above walking, poor sound proofing. Rude call from front desk insisting to vacate the room, by 11am even though the check in time was 4pm.

The place is ok in general. However the bed base was very old and it cracked every time we turned while sleeping, that woke us up many times during the night. Also the fridge was very noisy and we could hear the steps from the people upstairs whose kids were running since early in the morning. My boyfriend and I wanted to relax and rest and we were not able to do so.

I highly recommend if you want to stay in, drink hot chocolate and snuggle during winter. The wifi was, unfortunately, very slow, but we used our data, which was sufficient for us because we have unlimited data. However, if you need to connect to high-speed internet, their wifi won’t cut it.

The “Condo de la plage” has an amazing view on the lake as well as nice terrace. The room and bed could have been a bit bigger but appart from that, our stay was very relaxing.

This hotel is beautiful. It is on a nice lake and has lovely design and fixtures. The staff waited up until we arrived and showed us around. The pool is big clean and nice temperature. Our suite had a beautiful view and fireplace. We would stay longer next time. Very clean and nice.

We were there for a wedding. We had the Condo de la plage. Super close to everything. Clean. The only thing is that for the price, it felt as there was absolutely no soundproofing with the unit over us. The people upstairs did not party or were too loud, they were just doing normal people would do: walking, talking, moving chairs, and although we couldn’t hear an entire conversation, we could hear them talk, walk, eat.
Beside this, we loved the spot!

This hotel closes reception at 8 pm and you cant reach reception after this hour. It would be good to know in a more obvious manner at time of booking. It is written in small print at the bottom of Hotel Facts and you have to click through. I called to make sure they were keeping my room for a late check in and they only called me back the next day. No one was available to take my calls that evening. They left a message same day at 4 pm to advise me but reception didn't work and I only got it the next day. They should make this more obvious and call customers to advise 48 hours before, not same day 4 hours before closing the desk. When I called to discuss it they were only interesting in defending their own position, not understanding mine. This might be an indication of how they treat customers in general.

The location is great: quiet, private lake, canoes, kayaks and even a paddle board to take out, hiking direct from the hotel. St Donat is worth a visit as well. Service has some room to improve and cleanliness of our unit was below our expectation.

Hotel is beautiful, inviting. Nice view of the lake and mountains. Wifi in the room is slow. Floor and microwave were dirty. Vacuum is not available in the room to clean floors. Dishwasher was smelly. We enjoyed our stay we may come back again.

The room was fantastic! The cabin that had the balcony at ground level was great! It rained the day we arrived. So stayed on the porch, and listened to the lake (maybe 80m away)
Everything inside was new, clean and modern.. BUT the cabin itself was rustic!
