I thoroughly enjoyed my one week stay at the Villa!!! It is a perfect homebase To explore the amazing wineries and all that the border towns have to offer! Thank you for taking such good care of me! I will be back! (The most comfortable sleep I’ve had in years!)

I liked the quiet and the view, but the stuff inside the place are pretty old(ex: the hairdryer holder and coffee machine, toilet paper holder, even the door, and handle was hard to close the door.. some lights are not working...etc), but staff is nice and quick response on first day, helped stabled the hairdryer holder, but then after I thought the service was nice, second day of stay I feel they ignored my message... So I think depending on how many days you stay... They will be nice to you until the last day then they won't care what you need anymore.
I read other comments, and they are legit, there is a bad smell from the washroom and the whole room does smell like urine, but we only stayed for 2 nights so it didn't bothered us too much because most of the time we were out. But I think if we stay longer , it will not be very pleasant. The beds are pretty old too.. very soft.

Lovely location outside town, in an orchard, with views of Osoyoos Lake from the deck. Touchless arrival and departure - did not meet anyone connected to the villa. Suite was large with tile floors and clean.

It exceeded my expectations. It’s a beautiful room and washroom. It’s very spacious and I was surprised how clean it was! Bedsheets were so white, I didn’t find a single stain. The view is breathtaking! I enjoyed waking up in the morning and seeing the sunrise with my coffee. The only little critique I would say is, during the night the A/C would go on for five minutes and then stop for two minutes and then start again for five minutes and so on. This wouldn’t have been an issue for me to mention here, but the A/C was very loud and it was hard to fall asleep to the noise. However, we did manage to find a way around the AC by just turning it off and keeping the fan on. Overall, I would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to family and friends!!

The jetted tub is nice after a long ride. The air conditioner is either inadequate or broken. I swear it was blowing warm air.

Rooms are nice, fantastic view. Good staff. I only didn't like the smell near this property. Some kind of nasty smell. And little repair needs for Bathroom accessories. Overall this property is excellent.

This is a hidden gem, if you don’t mind staying just 5 mins outta town. the view was great and the room is very nice.

Nice clean room with a fantastic view of the lake. Balcony was awesome to sit on in the evening and it is located close to Osoyoos; easy drive for supper or the beach. Only negative was the room was not cleaned daily and there is no one to check with. We needed clean towels and assumed it would be freshened up while we were away at golf...did not happen...they do provide a text contact option but it was a little late to get clean towels; based on the price you would assume daily cleaning....just a heads up....would still recommend

The suite itself is lovely; vaulted ceilings, large bathroom with jet tub, and a beautiful view. Check-in was seamless and the host was a great at answering my questions quickly. What more could you want for $246 CA? Well, we were hoping for a quiet get away, but the bird canons went off while we were eating dinner on the deck (they also went off in the AM!), the loud AC unit blows into the curtain making it much less efficient, but you can't leave the curtain open because it's a blackout curtain, which you need to keep closed due to the incredible sun you get in the suite in the early AM), and because the suite is situated in a beautiful orchard, a tractor with a sprayer was driving around spraying the cherry trees around 7AM. We were only there for 1 night so it was doable, anymore would have been hard to take.

Check-in was super easy, the views over the river were fantastic and the bed was extra comfy. It was a little weird not to have a full wall between the toilet and the rest of the room, but not a deal breaker.

We stayed in room #1 which was a nice size, it had a deck and the view was great of the mountains and the lake. There was a desk area, and a little sitting area. There was a small fridge and a coffee maker. However there is no cutlery (so when having coffee in the morning there is nothing to stir your coffee with if you take cream and sugar). The rain shower head didn’t work properly so that was a bit frustrating. If you are staying more than 1 day make note that they do not come in and clean the room/ re stock coffee or Kleenex etc. even though there is a sign in the bathroom that says (If you would like to have your towels refreshed please place them in the hamper). We did however call and ask for a box of Kleenex and coffee for the next morning and they did bring it.

The location was perfect and there was sufficient room for all of us The kitchen could have used a few more items, ie, more silverware and dishes
And we had an issue with the gas smell in the en suite washroom. We called and someone checked it but it didn’t change. Venting problem. We couldn’t use it

We had a wonderful stay! The view was gorgeous, the beds very comfortable, and the suite was clean. We had a little trouble with the door upon arrival, but we were helped very quickly. Parking is a bit limited, so just a caution for anyone travelling with more than one vehicle to check with the Inn on parking prior to arrival. Can’t wait to come back and stay here again!

Peaceful with a wonderful view, our Villa was wonderful. Clean and comfortable with close proximity to the city, yet far enough away to feel like you were elsewhere.

We were very impressed with the room and of course the view was amazing. Everything was great, clean, fancy and well decorated and very comfortable.
Maybe a note on how to operate the jetted tub, as it had been left on the spray nozzle and when we turned the tap on we got soaked as the spray nozzle sits straight up...aimed at you. We had a good laugh, but just a note on where to change that, would have helped. A couple of tea bags would have been nice, thankfully I had some. The coffee was good and sitting outside on the balcony was spectacular. Very nice room and we would definitely go back. Thanks for accommodating our check in that day, that was very helpful to us. Great Villa!
