This hotel was a perfect stop over before we went to our disney hotel. 10 minutes from Disney and a quick and easy drive to the shopping centre. Rooms are small but perfectly adequate for one night. I download the bolt app (similar to uber but a bit cheaper) it was £37 from the hotel to the eiffel tower. Took around 50 mins

Room was small but clean, staff were friendly and helpful, good location as bus and train station were only a 5 min walk away along with shopsand supermarket, train ride was only about 8 mins from disneyland paris.

The room itself was basic but oerfect for our needs. Our issue was in gaining access to the hotel as we were arriving late at night. The phone number didnt work when i tried to call the day before. I got a response via the contact hotel section on hotels.com and was advised to go in pedestrian gate and use the automated machine at check in. Sounded easy except on arrival the pedestrian gate was out of order as the pavement was dug up either side of it and the main gate shut. After standing with another family my friend climbed the gate to gain access then the hotels.com reservation code didnt work in the machine it had the incorrect amount of digits. Someone on the help line at the machine through broken english managed to sort it and meanwhile other guests had arrived and opened the main car gate. It was daunting and stressful being stranded outside in the dark in the middle of the night. We were on the verge of looking for an alternative local hotel to book into. Not a great start to our disney holoday and i wouldnt stay again.

Very compact room! Barely space to open cases, but adequate for a short stay and ensuite facilities good enough.

I could see on the confirmation email it states to call property before hand for access code. Not knowing what this meant. I tried to make contact and failed. Hotels.com tried as was made aware that for security reasons access code cant be given until you arrive. I arrived around 3:30pm. Main doors closed. Machine outside of property to check in. Also a button to press for help. Pressed buzzer. They took my details. They then gave me a booking number to check in on machine. I checked in gained my access code and door number. Got into hotel. Room is keycoded (your access number) room is clean and basic. Shower is fantastic. Good pressure. We stayed here for disney. Not even a 10 mins drive away. Easy enough.

Small and compact room but was just a place to sleep as at Disneyland early to late. Very clean and pleasant, bunk beds in family room. 10 min walk to RER, 2 stops to disneyland.

Very basic hotel. You have to do self check in on a machine in the car park to gain access to the hotel. We never interacted with a human at all!! Room was clean but very basic and a little cramped for a family of 3. Great location though, 5min walk to train station (2 stops from Disney, about 10 to Paris) or 10min drive to Disney. Served it’s purpose but glad we only had one night there

I stayed with my 14 yo daughter, my son, his fiancée and my 9 yo granddaughter. We had two rooms. Our room was quite hot, but the window opened very wide to let in air. The beds were firm but comfortable. There were not enough towels or toilet roll but I got more from reception. The floor was not very clean, which was disappointing. My son's room was OK, but the shower flooded the bathroom out as their drain was blocked. The shower is very hit and miss, with the water being either scalding or freezing. It's an art getting it right, but the pressure was good. We had breakfast each day and that was very good. Lovely selection including French bread and croissants, cereal, yoghurts, cheese and scrambled eggs and bacon. The coffee is dire, but the rest was enjoyed by everyone. The staff are very busy but try to help with problems if they can. The hotel is great as a budget place to stay for a visit to Disneyland. It is a short 7-8 minute walk to the station and 2 stops to the parks. You can buy 10 tickets for about 20 euros. There is a supermarket on the way to the station and quite a few restaurants with a MacDonalds just across the field opposite the hotel. I would highly recommend it as a budget option and would happily stay there again.

Dirty hotel. Check in in the afternoon is a disaster, reception is closed.

Bed sheets were coated with ?sand? Rooms very small, could barely move around. Only way to contact desk is to go to desk and wait in line!

Was a nice stay

Bed was comfy and staff friendly - though we were a bit miffed when the desk closed on Sunday without us realising, and after a bit of confusion we did manage to get through the locked doors with our room card. If you plan to stay here I would avoid sundays for this reason (as if we hadnt hecked in the day before we would have been stuck like some other unfortunate souls we ran into), and also keep in mind the station is a good 15 minute walk away for Disney. If you dont mind the walk, the location is lovely and there are plenty of restaurants near the station. Air con worked well and room was a fair size for being paris. We had no issues.

this is only a place for an overnight stay. Tiny but overall clean room. While there were 3 sachets of hand gel on the desk, the sink could do with a bar of soap! which hotel wouldn't provide soap? I had to use the shower gel to wash my hands.

The room was just what we needed. It was exceptionally clean. Beds comfy. Shower nice and powerful. Staff very helpful, easy check in. Plenty of parking. Easy to get to Disneyland parks. Have already booked our next stay. 10/10

Only thing I wasn't happy about was if your late to check in (after 10pm) you need to ring a central office who then check you in on the phone and give you codes to get into the building and get keys. You get 1 pillow and its 10 euros per extra pillow. Check in customer desk says its multiple languages but couldn't understand English and was quite aggressive after trying to get a pillow that I never took. Wifi good. No kettle in rooms. However I would stay again but now I know what I know I would try to arrive at a better time.

This hotel is one of the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed out in my life and I’ve traveled my whole life and I am 50 years old. I went inside the room and it was disgusting. The room smells like someone’s armpits. The beds were concrete. The restrooms do not get me started. There was no trash bag in the trashcan no towels. Also the shower in the floor were filthy. Do not I repeat do not stay here. I will never in my life stay at this hotel . I think while staying here I caught a disease. Also the hotel staff are rude!!!!! Save yourself the money and stay in your car.
