Stay was ok, nothing outstanding. Woke up twice during middle of the night to smoke detector going off. Called front desk and all they said “well if it happens again call back”. Luckily it did not happen again but it was a poor response.

I did not stay. Manager cancelled the reservation and kept the money! Filing a civil suit

The hotel was overall a good stay.

I didn’t like when I came in the hallway reeked of a strong smoke smell and when I called downstairs to ask for extra toilet paper waited for an hour had to go and get it myself that’s unacceptable

The drain in the shower was loose, not enough towels in the room, found a hair in the shower, deadbolt on room door was broken, 1 elevator for the whole 4 story hotel and the ice machine on our floor was broken. Will not stay here again.

The elevator is unbelievably slow and makes horrible noise. Rooms great...beds really nice.

It was good but I purchased the stay for my daughter who was subjected to a lecture of why the hotel charges local residents an extra $25 dollar fee. She is from three hours away. Not a good thing they did not charge her but why the lecture delaying her arrival to our event

There was hair on the shower walls, dust on top of the headboard. Breakfast was very blah and all processed food

The room was just amazing and the bed was very comfortable.

Hotel wasn’t very clean. Staff is never around when you need them, and rude. Had the “Please do not disturb” sign on my door and house keeping let themselves in both mornings without knocking while we were sleeping. Complained to front desk and they did nothing about it. Will never stay again, don’t waste your money.

Property has COCKROACHES. We stayed the weekend of August 10th and our room was full of cockroaches. We first noticed them in the bathroom then noticed them all throughout the room. We took some down to the front desk in a bathroom cup to show the front desk person and request a refund along with we did an early check out- we had the room for less than 3 hours. This property is a JOKE. Everytime we call they dodge us and say the manager is not in. They tell us to call at xxx time for manager- we call them, still no manager in. DO NOT STAY HERE IT IS HORRIBLE AND HAS ROACHES.

Stayed here before. Seems to be slipping a bit. Not impressed. Don’t know if it’s new ownership or what but not worth the money

The price of the stay was reasonable and after seeing and the service that was provided was not good. Telephone in room 2 in there and none of them would call out . Told the front desk twice and response was terrible making excuse that they have to get the company to come check them out. I had to use my personal cell to call the front desk each time. The bedding needs to be updated and new ones purchased had my own personal sheets. The towels and wash cloths was horrible with all the money that is charged it should be in the budget to purchase new ones at least once a year if not then every other SAD. The price should be cheaper for this location. When entering the entrance look amazing but need alot of help in other places. Room need alot of detail to it paint etc... toilet seat needs to be replaced period tub needs to have maintenance on it . Sofa is dirty and the cushion covers needs to be CLEANED. Will not stay at this location again even if I cannot find an available place.

Good location - easy to find. Check in was smooth. Beautifully decorated lobby. The elevator going up was a bit noisy and clunky - going down was O.K. The room felt damp - the kids thought their pillow was wet when they first laid down and the "hardwood" floor by the door seemed slippery. The mattress was comfortable enough. Everything seemed clean. The room above us sounded like a herd of elephants was staying there, could hear every footstep - it finally quieted down sometime after 11:00 p.m. The ice machine on the third floor was not working, so we went down to the 2nd floor - there was a sign on that machine that indicated that it was out of order and to go to the first or third floor for ice. Knowing that the 3rd floor machine wasn't working, we tried the 1st floor - nope, not working either - unless you consider a grand total of 6 ice cubes a working machine. With all that said, I would consider staying here again in the future.

The lobby decor was something different. Staff was great. Breakfast bar was a little slow getting restocked. Same for the morning coffee. Room was clean and quiet. Not a bad place but I will find somewhere different next time we are in Springfield .

In need of some updates and the furniture and such is showing its age. Tiles in the bathroom were loose and a bit dangerous.

Could be cleaner. Elevator too slow, one night it did not even work.

Only thing not good was the breakfast. Poor section and nothing hot.

The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The check-in was fast and easy.

Our room was very nice, and the guy who checked us in was quick. The only thing that was sketchy was the elevator. It was scary because of the noises and jerkiness, otherwise a very nice stay.

Room was fine, as expected. Staff was nice. The breakfast was miserable. It made my husband sick. We were planning on staying two nights, but we stayed in a different hotel for the return trip.

Room was very nice & clean. Their complimentary soaps were nice products. The breakfast had a lot of options.

Safely located just outside of the city conveniently situated near major highways and restaurants

We arrived late and the front desk employee was very friendly and got us checked in quickly. Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices. Highly recommend!

Male staff member checked us in was not very kind or approachable. Shouldn’t be dealing with the public. The lady who gave me coins for the washing machine was so lovely and bubbly. Thank you for your smile. Shower needs work. Room was okay and breakfast was boring.
