It was amazing.every thing exceeded my expectations.but what makes my day was Chloe.s she went the extra mile and helped me with my bus ticket problem.with her beautiful smile and genuine laughtershe called me to check that everything is okay and that the problem is solved. And made the stay so pleasant. That is the reason I will come back.also the location is very good ,the staff is very friendly and nothing to complain about really.I love it.

Room small clean easy walk to restaurants and bars, quiet. Staff friendly and helpful. Good breakfast.

We have stayed many times at Le Nemours and this is the first time we have had problems. The noise outside (people screaming and shouting, blasting music and skate-boarding) kept us awake until 3 in the morning for two nights running and the room was unbearably hot. It's in a good position and the staff are usually very good but we did encounter a very miserable member of staff who was less than helpful. The lack of sleep has left us feeling that we're unlikely to stay here again.

Right in the old town area. Lovely coffee shop that opens early about 200 ft away. Surrounding architecture is amazing. Lots to see and do though it took me a few hours to find where older people like me (50 ) wine and dine in a college town. Not many people speak English. I don’t speak French but got by just fine. The hotel staff are very nice. Housekeeping is very respectful. Uber is here. Quiet. My only complaint was the bed which sagged without support on one side. As a solo traveler I simply switched sides, but if with a partner, one of us would have slept a good deal worse than the other.

Lobby decorated nicely.

We had a nice stay here. The apartment was big enough for our family of 3 and it was nice to have a kitchenette. The location was perfect, walking distance to train stations and the city center with shops and restaurants. Merci!

Very good and comfortable hotel. A bit far from the station but totally walkable and not too difficult to find. I love the interior and the coziness. I will definitely choose the same hotel when I come next time.

Very nice and clean hotel.

The hotel is well-sited. Exterior was appealing. Interior, common areas are somewhat tired (hardood flooring needs refinishing, common area furniture is well-used looking, and the paint around the door trim is chipped. regardless, the employees/staff were very considerate and helpful. Bus stop to the airport is diagonally across the street. My room was tiny, but I knew that going in, as I had reserved a junior room. Bath is tight-sized for anyone other than a thin person. The space in front of the toilet is tight for anyone over 5' 9" tall -, but one can angle one's legs through the pocket door when seated at the toilet. The shower mechanisms were great, with an overhead sunflower, rain shower AND a separate shower massage unit. I didn't pay for the the breakfast; so
i can't comment.

The rooms are really small and if you’re placed on the 5th floor, you end up beside a building which is abandoned with a multitude of pigeons on the window or roof ledge.
The bed was comfortable, the bathroom small but all new.
If you have anything bigger than a carry on, you might not have room to open it up on the floor

My room was very comfortable & clean and had a beautiful balcony view of the neighborhood. 5 stars!

We understood that the room would not be air conditioned, have no parking and no elevator. That is the compromise for a lower budget room. We did not expect the very strong bad odor or the extremely narrow staircase. We had to keep the patio doors open all night to reduce the odor.

A beautifully redone apartment in an old building that is magnificently located.

This hotel was extraordinary rude and not empathetic to our situation that was beyond our control.
They suggested we pay more next time so we have options.

It is a wonderful area at the center of Rennes, close to a historical center, and the river. The hotel is located at the walking distance to the train station and Beautiful park.

We loved this hotel. Top floor with no elevator was tricky with heavy suitcases. Everything else fantastic. Highly recommend. Love the area

Rooms are not located in the Hotel premises. My room was in another building and another street. No private parking available for vehicles only city parking.

I have strangers entered my room in the middle of the night. Twice!!! Different group of people too. despite I told them about the first one. I never sleep after.:(
The bed is uneven and deflated on one side. An upgrade of bed is much needed. They also went to over charge me. Lucky, I realised it after. So went back to them and they returned the money. Please be careful. Pro: The location is great. Just not worth it.

Great location and a lovely staff. The room was clean and bright. They also serve a lovely breakfast. It is a short walk to public transportation and to the daily market. If you are able, make sure that you can stay to include a Saturday morning so you can attend Marche de Lices. I can’t wait to go back!

Our room had no elevator and was not in the hotel proper. We had one key for three people and the key was needed to get out or in.
The room was modern and had plenty of USB outlets. Parking was on the street.

Everything ok during our stay, the staff was kind. The room wasn't very spacious but clean and well furnished. Breakfast is a bit pricey, 11.5 euros, but in the sorrounding area you can find many places where to get something to drink and eat if you don't need everything that is included in the hotel's buffet. There's only one last remark to mention: the hotel doesn't have a private parking, so you have to leave your car in one of the paid parkings in the neighborhood, which are all somewhat expensive. All in all a good stay and a good quality price ratio.

The staff was wonderful.
The TV volume was controlled that one could not hear it. There is no AC but they do provide you a fan. Therefore when you turned on the fan there was no way you could hear the TV.
