Good experience in a fun, walkable area

I booked a suite but was given a regular room. When we asked the front deak about we were first told it was all booked but then they changed it and offered us another room which was even smaller yet. We tried to get the price difference since we were staying in cheaper room they said they couldn't because we used hotels.com to book. Room was ok but ac barely worked so it was super hot, the bathroom wasnt cleaned all the way from stay before us as toiletries were already opened and used. Pool is way smaller than pictures indicate and was pretty dirty. General cleanliness was an issue, lots of stuff on floor in hallway like they havent swept in a few days. Staff was pretty rude and short like they werent concerned with you enjoying your stay. Elevators were slow and one staff member said they break down often. Bed was comfortable and nice location other than that wouldnt stay again.

Really enjoyed my stay. Very nice facility and staff.

We choose this hotel because there was a pool and we have kids. The pool was unusable. It was cloudy and you couldn't see the bottom of the pool for three days of our stay. Kids were very unhappy. We would not have stayed here if we knew the pool was not going to be usable.

Adequate Stay… had to walk a bit for parking, it’s not onsite but public parking although free. Restaurant for breakfast was understaffed and led to a bit of a wait.

Very nice hotel. Cute outdoor area with shopping & dining. Would definitely stay again if in the area!

Rented two rooms. One was very nice, the other had a strong smoke odor in it. The staff working the bar in the evening did not want to wait on us. 3 of us stood at the bar to get a drink. She made the first person's drink and cashed them out and never came back.

Not very clean. The air conditioning didn’t work properly. The shower was without shampoo and there was a hair coming out of the conditioner dispenser. Not a warm welcome at the front desk. Location was sketchy.

The property was nice and clean. Location is great if getting on the Cuyahoga Valley train, however, not many dining options nearby and not a lot to do within a walkable distance. There is also not hotel specific parking, so you may have to walk a bit with luggage. Our room was very spacious and nice, and my family enjoyed the pool.

The staff was fabulous. Room was very clean. Great location.

Check-in was easy, we loved our room, and everyone on staff was friendly and helpful. There is plenty of free parking and also some paid parking available under the building with easy elevator access--perfect if you have many heavy bags and are exhausted after a long day.

Enjoyed our stay,

Room was clean and quiet. There was a room near ours throwing a party but once in the room we couldn’t hear them.

Room was comfortable and clean. Could adjust the temperature. Maid did not restock coffee in room on 2nd day.

The room was nice and comfortable but the iron and the phone didn't work in the room. There was also no room service. The maid service was not to good, the bed was only half way made and the bathroom floor was not cleaned.

We enjoyed our stay and our room was wonderful. Our only problem was with the morning staff at the Starbucks cafe. Both mornings we ordered from the same staff member they were rude and inconsiderate. We didn’t do anything wrong and did not understand why this staff member was rude to us. We only ordered two coffees and two food items.

The customer service was all over - when checking in my partner and I felt the front desk were treating us poorly and the next day was a little Better but poor performance for a Marriot

Great place to stay, but beds and probably more the pillows were uncomfortable.

Limited dining options; free parking was limited

Literally only gave it 4/5 stars because the front desk woman was extremely rude at check in. Room was very nice, clean and quiet.

Great hotel

The shower water pressure is the worst I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. The 2 gpm flow limited shower head installed to conserve water is probably to thank for this horrible shower experience. The parking situation isn’t great… park down the road and walk, hope things aren’t busy or it may be difficult to find a space. Furthermore, I’m stuck dealing with Marriott and Hotels.com, neither of which wants to provide good customer service over a simple double booking issue. Leave it to my credit card company to protect me from a double charge hopefully.
