This hotel is very close to Finikoudes beach. Restaurants are within walking distance. Intercity buses are available on the main square to travel to other cities. Staff very excellent. Eli was very professional and helpful. Delicious breakfast. Simply excellent hotel.

Arrived late but got a warm welcome checking in and also at the rooftop bar with constructive ideas on how to get a meal at midnight long after closing hours of restaurants.

Good location. Close to beach and bus station. Room had very good facilities. Buffet breakfast was enjoyable with the hot and cold options

The hotel is clean and quiet, with awesome breakfast that is included in the cost of the stay. The beds were comfortable and hotel provides slippers and robes.

Stayed 7 nights here for business & leisure purposes, hotel is located at only 10min walk for the beach, with accessibility to local shops and bars etc.. Hotel itself was very pleasant, good breakfast included also has a roof bar on the 5th floor which is where I spent most evenings, reasonably priced cocktails and food tbf.. staff at this property are exceptional, always friendly and willing to go out of their way to help, special mention to Elena at reception desk, Vlad and Katerina at the Bar.. would definitely recommend this hotel 10/10 for service.. and would definitely be use again.. thank you for the hospitality at RISE Hotel and all the staff..😊

We really enjoyed our stay!

Artwork is amazing, car parking space holds only 5 without blocking anyone in, but there is space on the side streets. We were told on arrival that we had been 'upgraded' to a superior room, which we doubt as the room was basic. It had a strange smell which we could not escape from, the shower over bath was an issue. Air-con was OK once we had sorted out the remote,but not the most powerful for a hotel. Breakfast was not the best. On the plus side it is a few minutes walk from the marina and sea front.

Breakfast needs improvement. Offers a variety but low quality most of the products.

Everything was great

Very nice service offered by the staff. Cleaning, maintenance, receptionists, all excellent and very patient. The welcome drink at the rooftop bar was a nice surprise and was greeted and treated very well by the manager of the bar, Vlad. Good breakfast -- was surprised to find vegan butter for toast! The only thing I would add to the breakfast is a list of allergens and some vegan pastries. Overall a very nice stay!

Friendly reception, very nice room.

Hotel was fine apart from the very loud rooftop bar. We had to turn the air con on to drown out the noise and the constant noise that sounded like chairs on the level above being dragged constantly. If it wasn’t for the noise trying to sleep it would have been fine.

A great hotel, handy city centre location 5 mins walk from the beach and shops/attractions. Loved the street art all over the hotel inside and out, really different. Rooms comfy, beds on the hard side but everything clean and well appointed. Loved the excellent breakfast spread, so much choice and a free welcome drink offered at the rooftop bar. Great value for what we paid. Hotel car park is tiny but there are lots of free parking spaces a short walk away up the road the hotel is on. All in all a great stay.

The rooftop bar seems to have a DJ on weekends. The noise/vibrations carry down to the hotel rooms. Also, one of the lifts is for the exclusive use of the bar.

The front desk staff extremely helpful and polite I found the bedroom dark , maybe a brighter light or an extra light

Everything was great

Unfortunately, I had only 1n ight at the hotel. I would love to stay longer at this outstanding place with unique rooms, super service, and even a rooftop party with welcome drink after a long day of travel. Breakfast included hot dishes, breads, fruits, everything anyone could want. The room was very comfortable and well appointed.

All the staff are in exceptional! Olga the manager, Ariana, Andreas, and Arafat the housekeeper looks after each room with such care, and always greets you with a heartwarming smile. The best place I have ever stayed in! The artwork is is. So amazing and beautiful. Each, with a story to tell. Thank you so very much for making me feel at home 😘

What could have been a very pleasant stay was ruined by the noise from the rooftop bar. Every night until past midnight I had the base drowning in my room. Earplugs helped but the vibrations from the walls could still be felt in the bed! I chose this hotel on purpose to be a bit away from the busy beach area to have it quiet, well, that didn’t work out. A second negative was that the air conditioner could not deal with the summer heat and never managed to really cool down the room. On the positive side, the staff is very nice, the room is spacious and the breakfast outstanding (both in terms of quality and choice). Internet is fast and spotless which is also important for me. But I need a good night‘s sleep and therefore won’t return to this hotel.

All the staff were great, especially Vikki on reception and the Russian bar man who's name i forget. A really good stay we had.

Upon arriving at the hotel i was greeted with a friendly reception and give a free drinks voucher to use in the bar for a hot coffee or draft beer and also a Gold member, got another one for the roof top bar on the fifth floor. Once in my room it had been decorated with famous faces like Marilyn Monroe and had a graffiti vibe all over the walls and also the same outside on the balcony. There was a TV and kettle and tea and coffee in the room and also mini fridge, which I was pleased with ! I would highly recommend you see for yourself if you are in the local area of larnaca Cyprus, great value for money too !

We had a decent stay at Rise. Best thing was the staff - always friendly, helpful and accommodating. Room was a good size, comfy and clean; one pitfall was the struggle with the noise - room next to the stairs and directly below the bar, plus clunky pipes, so maybe not the best pick for a light sleeper like me. Conveniently located, short walk to the beach, shops, coffee shops and restaurants, and just a 15 min drive from Larnaca airport

Great room, great staff, great location, great breakfast! Everything was perfect. I strongly reccomend it.

Kind and helpful staff

Amazing property! From the outside building to the inside is lovely, especially the art details are very nice and unique. The room was nice, and it was cleaned every day very well, the smell was nice. The bathroom also very clean and quite big. Breakfast was included and very good, various dishes. The rooftop bar is amazing, they also have a DJ and the atmosphere was great. Great staff, welcoming and nice. Great money value and I definitely recommend it!
