Beautiful historic hotel in the middle of downtown. Pretty good size for an old historic hotel. Very clean and great customer service. If you are driving check the parking situation before. You can drive into the city to drop off your luggage then park at the parking structure for a discounted price through the hotel. I think this hotel is a good deal for the price.

Very friendly and cozy

I was at Hospderia for three days. From start to finish the service was ecellent (not always someone at the front desk,but thats stated up front and was no problem). Its a very well kept, well deocrated charming place to stay. The rooftop deck has a marvelous panaramic view of the Alcazar and surroung community, as well as unbelievable - literally right next door - views of the Cathedral Primada. The locations is also excellent. Its very conveniently located for walk ing anywhere in the city, is next to some excellent restaurants and bars, and of course, ust across from the Cathedral (yet very quiet). I would not hesitate for an instant to stay there again. Thank you Hospedaria Casa De Cisneros staff!

A quaint and lovely room and hotel. But being right in fron of the cathedral was noisy expecially the bells chiming on sunday morning. But that is expected when you stay in the center of the old town area.

The reception staff is fantastic. They helped me park the car in a specific lot. Service and location is excellent.

Cozy hotel that is convenient for exploring Toledo. Staff were very helpful and kind. Enjoyed the view from the rooftop terrace.

Thank you to the staff for a memorable stay. Gregorio was nice and accommodating during our stay. We had a “late” check-in which he stayed a little late to see that we got checked in. This hotel doesn’t have 24 hour front desk. (Check hotel’s website for their policy.) Overall, enjoyed this hotel and would recommend it for value, location, and friendliness of staff.

Hotel was a charming old property with a lot of character. Room was very comfortable. Location was fantastic, directly in the center of everything. Very walkable.

Wonderfully-sited hospederia with helpful, friendly staff lovely atmospheric rooms and excellent views from the room - even better at sunset from the roof terrace. Noise from other guests was minimal, street noise at night varied from none, to a worker, to early morning visitors talking as they went past. But on the whole quiet.

I've had the good fortune to travel a lot in my lifetime, and I've never loved any hotel more than this charming, unique and very friendly place. The management bends over backward to make you comfortable; the hotel rooms have lots of character, along with excellent beds. It's centrally located and you can walk all over the historic section of town easily. I recommend it to anyone visiting beautiful Toledo.

Cannot say enough good things about this hotel. Beautiful facility, attentive staff, very clean, and it smells so good. Always a pleasant smell on the bedding and in the rooms. The rooftop terrace was amazing.

This hotel has amazing character and charm with very helpful staff. Location wise the hotel faces onto the Cathedral! The rooms are smaller than a modern hotel but if you love something different this is the hotel for you

This was a unique property and matched the style of the cathedral opposite. Foundations were Roman in origin.The staff were excellent and also provided transfer to Madrid airport after our stay.The room was decorated in the olden style, with wooden beams, etc.Breakfast was provided and lunch if needed but no evening meals - these could be had at various restaurants close by.The location was ideal for the cathedral and it was easy to walk around the town but it should be noted that Toledo is very hilly with very narrow streets.There was a terrace on the roof for sun bathing if you wanted to rest in the open air.

Very charming small hotel with comfortable beds, very well located in the old town. Space in the room is a bit small but it has everything you need. Breakfast was very good and included many homemade choices. I’m sure I’ll be dreaming of the lemon cake dusted with icing sugar for years to come. The hotel staff greeted us warmly and helped us take our luggage up to our room - for those who have difficulty navigating stairs, this hotel may be a challenge.

This place is truly wonderful!! A beautiful hotel that feels so welcoming. The rooms are intimate and the view from the rooftop is breathtaking. Alonso helped us many times during our stay (the airline lost our luggage) and he is a fantastic host!! The Staff was very helpful in helping me navigate to the nearest parking garage to stash my car for the duration. Everyone very friendly and helpful. Great experience staying in the former house of Spanish nobles. Check out the rooftop area during at dusk or late at night.

If you want spacious and modern this isn’t for you. This hotel fits in perfectly with its surroundings right next to the cathedral down a side street in the centre of Toledo. All staff were very friendly and the view from the roof terrace is as good as shown in the adverts. Rooms are dark and very small and the air con is quite noisy, but there is a certain charm about places like this that you don’t get in modern hotels.location is perfect and it’s easy enough to work around the whole city from this point. For me the only thing that lets it down is the lack of a fridge in the room as in 40 degree heat a cold drink after an evening out is needed.

It is very old and full of character. The situation is superb -right next to the cathedral and near the Alcazar.\thye room was smallish but had everything you needed. Air-conditioning was very good. The owner was very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was very good. Loved it.
