I booked this hotel at the last minute due to an impulse decision to stay in Santos a few days after taking a MSC cruise. I did not have any high expectations but just wanted a place to stay near the beaches. I was pleasantly surprised by this property. They offer a very good included hot breakfast including omeletes and tapioca made to order along with a gym and a surprising lively rooftop bar at night. Paid parking is also available. This location is NOT in the center of the beach area and is not beach front. It's located more or less after passing the beaches and sits about a block away from the beach. Therefore, we used Uber to get to the center of the action but it was only about a 7-8 minute ride. In fact we rented electric scooters to get back to the hotel. would stay here again without hesitation. he beach area is very nice and safe. But be aware that the staff does not speak English.

The breakfast is very good and came on time. The check in was quickly. The room was new and good. The receptionist was simpatic

Do Not recommend the hotel.Staff is not well informed and give wrong information all the time.The food is horrendous! Tv dinner room service with horrible food! Served freeze burned ice cream that was crumbly and made me almost choke on it!Old bread served at breakfast.Egg shells in the breakfast scrumbled eggs.Old used mask found under my bed indicating the cleaning service was not professional!Dirty bed sheets with holes on it.Bad sound insolation between rooms! Could hear the neighbors snoring loudly during the night!No iron to press my clothes.No bellboy to carry the luggage to the room.The only good things about this hotel is the location, bottled water at breakfast, and excellent air conditioning.

One disappointment for me a British Older man was the lack of Kettle in the Room to make a cup of Tea. This is as far as I'm concerned a must, but on telling the staff all they could say was go to the restaurant and they will boil you some water!!! Not good enough !! Not open at 5am !!

I was born and raised in santos and have stayed in all the hotels and i go back every year for the last 15 years and hands down thats the best hotel/location,its a very nice area I will be staying there from now on,clean hotel with everything you need and amazing staff,and please tip valet attendants,they are amazing.

We stayed in the Comfort Suites while in Santos for a wedding. The location was perfect for us - walking distance to friends. The Ponta da Praia area is an easy walk and there are restaurants nearby and the beach isnt far. We enjoyed the breakfast. The value was excellent. Even though we reserved the basic double, our room had a view of the beach/ocean.
