Great location with a lovely pool area breakfast was good with a great selection of food

I have no clue how this hotel can have so many good reviews, it's unbelievable, every thing is falling apart, broken stuff, mold, worn out furniture, extremely poor cleaning even if they have the rooms for 3hrs or more after checking out. Maintenance has never been done since the hotel opened probably.

I have enjoyed two stays here. bluesotel has become the place I stay in Krabi now. I plan on booking another room there in a few days when I come back through from Phi Phi.

Great place for the money. They have me a free upgrade for no reason also. I ended up extending my stay. No complaints here!! I highly recommend!!!

Great staff doing their best in a slightly outdated property. The large pool is one of the best features! The rooms are large and pleasant but the cleanliness is on the minimum side. Overall we had a great stay!

I stay here often. It is nice hotel. Close to beach, close to shopping and restaurants. Nice pool area. Although of all the times I have stayed, as far as I can tell, my Expedia VIP status has never been acknowledged or any upgrades offered.

Our aircon spoilt in the middle of the night, but the staff helped us to quickly arrange for another room to sleep in and by the time we were back from our tour the next day, the air con was repaired already. Shower water was hot enough. Very convenient to shops, food and massages.

I like this Hotel. Have stayed there a few times. Good location. But being a Expedia Platinum member, I have never gotten any special treatment other than a "welcome back", no upgrade offer etc.

I highly recommend a stay at the Blue Sotel. We arrived and promptly were helped and moved into our room. The place was clean and upscale looking. We liked that the pool had a swim up bar. We asked about using a shuttle for airport transport but the cost was $1000 baht while outside at a tourist stand it was $700 baht so we went with that.

Staff helpful n friendly

Great location, on the main road so plenty of restaurants etc on your doorstep but still quiet. The beach and boat trips to the islands a few minutes away. Loved the pool area, and was very clean.

Second time staying at this hotel and it was just as good as the first time. Lovely pool area, great rooms and great location.

What a hidden gem! Affordable, Clean, staff so so so friendly, Amazing Pool with swim up bar and rooms that go directly into pool for not too much more, splurge a little for $60 total U.S dollar. Little gym but it worked fine. Close to everything, beaxh is a 7 minute walk, further beach and town is about 15 min walk, nice too and easy. Nice big balcony to relax on too! Lots of tours to the island trips, oh and the vibe is very laid back, inbetween trips to Pattaya and Patong for me ( if you know you know)! Would and Will stay of I come back to Krabi, very relaxing with a chill beach vibe and not to crowded in May.

This place was great. Staff was so friendly and helpful. The place is very affordable, clean, wonderful pool with a swim up bar. Small gym to get a workout. Good happy hour pizza as snack, breakfast buffet, and lunch/dinner. Close to the beach a 5 min walk, lots of restaurants in area. Easy to get a cab. Extended my stay 2 different days. Balcony rooms are great! Overall great stay, thank you staff

2nd visit here. Its always good. But they always give me rooms with faulty aircon and had to change rooms. Happened with my first visit too. Front lift was abit faulty doors didnt close properly

Staff were attentive to queries and rooms were clean. only 1km away from Aonang beach. only minor downside is that there were no irons in house unless you send your clothes for laundry.

I had 2 bookings and the staff were very helpful to combine them so that i didnt have to change rooms

Didnt like open hallways with no air con. BUT its Thailand! So ofcorse its going to be hot

Its was a pleasant stay, walkable for all area but wish they can do some upgrade to the toilet door which is difficult to close as for cleanliness at times the floor is sticky. As we book two rooms other room aircon keep leaking.

Good location, value for money. Have a pleasant stay.

Great location

Nothing great to say about this property. Tried to check in at 14:30 and was informed that check in was at 15:00 so we would have to return in half hour which is fine because this is hotel policy. We returned at 15:30 and tried to find a parking spot for our car but was shouted at by parking attendant and pointed in a general direction towards and alleyway to park the car. Upon arriving at the reception to get our room key at 15:40 we were informed that it would be another 15 minute wait because there was a "technician" fixing something in our room. At 16:00 we were finally given a room key for our "pool access room with VIP treatment as per Expedia". We got to our room and found the cleaning staff quickly wiping things as we walked in. The room itself is decently appointed but for the most expensive price point it was nothing special. After the staff left we noticed long black hairs all over the floor, the private access pool has algae and mold around the edge and the paint was peeling off of the walls. You can find a $50 hotel nearby that's clean and way nicer at the KeeReen down the road. We paid $130 CAD or 3550baht for this room and got 2 star quality and service. I brought my concerns up at check in and submitted an internal review during my stay but got nothing back from management. Beware of these pics . It's a motel pretending to be a Marriott in my opinion
