Bed was too hard pillows horrible until we realized we needed to ask for different pillows

The hotel was conveniently located in the best places in Namba. Breakfast options were ok. Amenties were great!

Quite dirty and poor sound proof. Noises from chatting outside the corridor woke me up every morning at six something. Location is so so, not very centre.

The breakfast is the worst among all other Japanese hotel of the same star. I stay 5 days in this hotel but the menu was EXACTLY IDENTICAL everyday. Boring....

Rooms were small but perfect for a few days. There is space under the bed to store your luggage which was great! The rooms were very clean and quiet, we did not hear hardly anyone! Dontonburi is right acrosscthe street and tons of food and shopping 5-30 minutes walk. The only issue was the drain in the tub. After a bath it wasnt draining and drained onto the floor. Maybe clean outcthe floor drains as they were a bit slimy when I popped it up. I would recommed thiz place if you were visiting Osaka and just needed a place to rest.

The place is clean and with amazing amenities for the guest. All you need in your stay are outstanding.

Everything about the hotel except its location is barely sufferable.

The rooms are on the tiny side for space. Had to change room, hoping for more space, only to be offered a room with a bigger bed and not much space. Also, the second room was in need of a deep clean, the carpet corners had a very thick layer of dust, accumulated over months I'd say. On the positive side the location was good for going about the city.

Stayed in Osaka for four nights and it was a pretty solid experience. Most of my hotels near the end of my trip were through Sotetsu so having their app lets you check out at noon vs 11am which is nice. Breakfast buffet is 7-930am which kind of sucks since I’d have to wake up, drag myself out of bed, eat, then go back and lie down if I was tired or stayed out late. Either way, I got a single bedroom and it was small but comfy and worth the price. Had my own small bathroom with a tub so it was nice taking a bath or shower as I desired - I will note that the sink/toulet/tub all have pipes that run into the same point under the floor boards so when the sink is running and you’re washing your hands, you’re hearing the loud noise of the water running underneath you, which was kind of weird/annoying. Regardless, this is a really “self-service” kind of hotel with amenities like other Sotetsu hotels (toothbrushes, pajamas, tea, etc.). Not an amazing hotel but also not a bad one, jsut a standard and simple hotel worth the price, in my opinion.Also good location being so close to Dotonbori street, but it’s a 10-12 min walk from Glico man/the shopping area near it so carrying bags around can be a little difficult in crowded times.

The air conditioning is not cold, and the service staff have a bad attitude.

The first day we’ve arrived and stayed one night at Grand Fresa. I’ve found a used contact len at the washroom counter and a used razor inside the cabinet! Then we stayed at Kyoto for 3 nights and came back to Grand Freda for another 2 nights and which is better than the first night there. In addition, the staff is not very helpful as we asked to faster way to the airport, the staff answered me “I don’t know”!

I highly recommend this Hotel. Location is great. Half a block away from the Dotonbori market. I would definitely stay here again. The staff are so helpful. I love their toilet tries amenities and they also provide pajamas rent free.

Location is great. Few mins walk to kuromon market and shinsaibashi dotonbori shopping street & 2 subway stations. Table top and mirror is very dusty... Unusually high bathtub which is not so user friendly. Staff are helpful :)

Hotel is steps away from the heart of dotonburi and Kuromon which is convenient for shopping and eateries. Hotel is showing its age and feel not as clean for the price.
