Perfect choice for gardaland visit. Big room, free bus to gardaland. Nice pool, bring a towel or rent for 1 euro. Breakfast is better in the gardaland hotel, you can just go there instead of the busy line.

The service was bad as they were not willing to give me a room before.checkin time while there were rooms available. The bathroom had some things which need to be fixed.

Bad aircon, hard mattress and pillows, no black out curtains, nobody help with luggage, breakfast for extra 12 euro for person. Overcost!

Decent hotel but restaurant was expensive and not very pleasing. I suggest you eat at the local restaurants if you dont mind the drive, as none are in easy walking distance.

The theme was fantastic. My daughter loves this hotel. We have stayed in the Arctic room and the Wild West room, both of them were amazing! Can't wait to go back!

Surprisingly the Gardaland hotel was much more than we expected. Clean, excellent shower, huge breakfast Buffett . I have to say I was impressed.

The hotel is great, the staff were very kind. Amazing concept. The only and great location for families. The only problem was that outside was tractors from the morning because they build there...and if this is not enoujh the gardner cut the grass woth the machine under my room. It was very noisy except those facts everything was perfect.

Hotel was great and better then expected. Staff were really helpful and service spot on. Nice play areas for the kids and great pool facilities.

Every thing was perfect except: 1. At firsts they didn’t want to give a baby crib to our room. Eventually the did give after an argument. 2. If you want to buy food groceries or things for baby you need a car to go to the supermarket. It’s not possible by walk.

Positive: Spacious rooms, friendly staff Negative: very small shower, slow room service (took over an hour to make us dinner, even though we were told it would take 30 mins)

Our family has visited the Gardaland Hotel and now Adventure Hotel for many years. Over the years we have seen the prices go up and the offering go down. We do still enjoy it but our trips have become less frequent and we have even skipped a year (last year). I see less value there than I have in previous years. There are many hotels in the area that offer more and still provide easy access to the Gardaland Amusement park. For many years we also always had the same staff providing services, from dining to the children's entertainment. About a year after the hotel came under new management many of the permanent staff left. This was such a pity as they were always very nice, friendly and they remembered the customers. I would only say now for the prices that they charge have a look at Disney in Paris. You may find a better value.
