Everything was wonderful. Staff very friendly. The room clean. Location realy good. We really enjoy our stay.

Good Hotel

In the rooms windows dont open. You can not get fresh air at all. It was the only negative thing about the room. All the rest was good.

The only problem I got is a vent. I was there on November. A/C worked for warmup only. Yes, there was "default" air flow but it was not enough.

One could not imagine best value for this money (breakfast included). I need to mention a very comfortable bed and logical constructed bathroom. I would just like to add cottage cheese for breakfast. Thank you

The hotel is in a good location. Close to railway and auto stations. Also close to the city center.

Hotel furniture is quite dated and design reminds of 1990s. Breakfast is horrible: very small selection of interesting dishes, e.g. it was not even possible to find ingredients for an English breakfast - even scrambled eggs were available only on one of the two mornings. Beans were hard, potato pancakes were the worst in my life. Croissants and pain au chocolate were inedible. Any cafe I’ve been to in Minsk serves better food. The worst thing was that there was no hot water in the hotel at all during all our stay - it appeared just 1 hour before the checkout. Stuff didn’t warn about the issues with water heater on checkin and suggested just to “wait a bit more as the issue is almost fixed” every time we were asking. And it all cost 160 USD for 2 nights - very expensive for Minsk and for such a level of service, better go for another hotel or rent an apartment.

Property at usual Hampton standards. Excellent breakfast. The only con is window, no possible to open at all, even small gap for ventilation, so no fresh air in the room.

We arrived at night and found friendly stuff at reception, amazing room. Tasty breakfast at the morning helped us continue our journey.

Unfortunately, there’s no fridge in the room. Also, it was a little disappointing that windows cannot be opened to let some fresh air in.

This hotel is my only choice for Minsk. It's located right next to the train station and subway. There's a big mall across the road. And the hotel itself is comfortable and quiet.

Stayed here for my daughter’s 10 year birthday trip. We loved it! The room had a lovely view and we enjoyed watching the sunrise every morning. So beautiful! Staff is amazing. Everyone is very polite, professional and caring. Breakfast buffet was great. Lots of options for any taste. Restaurant had delicious meals as well. Hotel is right next to the railway station and central bus station. Despite that fact, the area is very clean and extremely safe. There’s no noise from traffic in the rooms at all. Rooms are clean and pleasant. Overall we enjoyed our stay so much. Kids don’t want to leave. I guess we’ll be back soon:)

Amazing stay amazing staff Super clean hotel Julia the receptionist is super nice she helped me out so much , more than she should help . She put all her effort to give me help with everything specially in translating since i cant speak russian she really made me happy and made our stay amazing And the manager Nikita he is great person , he speaks english so well and solved for me big problems about airport and pcr tests just because he is a nice person , he helped me more way than he should Thank you so much for the stay felt like i am at my home
