The Aircon system for the whole building was by my room 523 so it was incredibly noisy. The tv in the room was very dated with nothing but the hotel video on repeat.
I found a cockroach in my room.
The place looked much better in the pictures. The location is pretty convenient but I do not think it was worth the money I paid.

Great location to stay for excellent restaurants close by ,pool was nice and rooms comfy well maintained , false advertising for promo prices was our only negative getting ripped off for alcohol and drinks snd food

Loved this hotel, the staff were awesome everytime i need help they came quickly to solve it, it's a great beautiful hotel.
I didn't like the buffet breakfast totally it's healthier than others places but they need to include more proteins, the only good portion of protein were eggs.

Overall, I was really happy about the place. I think the people were really really kind kind. It was nice to see a hotel with so many varieties of activities like restaurants you could go to a pool you could go to spa. There was a bar, etc I think the food was a little bit, boring my air conditioning in my room. I feel like I didn’t get cold enough.

The staff here is incredible and so helpful and sweet. But my room smelled of mould and wasn’t as cosy as I pictured it. It felt a bit worn down. Unfortunately I wouldn’t have booked here again, but only because of the state of the hotel, not the staff. They were amazing.

The staff was really nice but the facility is not very clean. The lobby was dirty and then I checked in my room and it was awful. I left immediately and attempted to get a refund. No luck. So I just booked another room at a different hotel. I had booked two rooms and my friend room wasn’t as bad. First impression are everything and I wasn’t comfortable at all.

Entered the hotel, was given the keys/cards but no on show how to find the room, could not work out how the lift works ( needed card) room was small. Then was told the swimming pool was not available. All green. Never slept in room. Decided not to stay.. no part or full refund.. not recommending this place

The hotel is located near supermarkets and cafes and is a $2 Gojek to the beach and most of the attractions in Seminyak. I loved the Kids Club - unmanned but full of toys, as well as the pool and gym. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room feels slightly old - aircon doesn't adjust well and the flush pump was occasionally weak, but we still enjoyed our stay. Very value for money.

The hotel staff were very friendly and polite. The breakfast buffet was good (eg., eggs made to order) and had menu changes each day so you won’t get bored if you stay for multiple days. There was a large range of international channels on the TV. The pool and small gym were adequate. I would be happy to stay again at this hotel if I’m in the area in the future.

Staff was always friendly and helpful, the breakfast was okay and the pool was kept clean.
For some reason when you turned on the shower it stinks for the first few moments not sure why that is, the ventilation in the room was not good either and everything felt damp. There is a bar across the street that plays loud music sometimes until 1am. All in all the stay was okay but might need some updates.
