Beautiful hotel and excellent location!

Fantastic stay at the London house! We enjoyed the location as it was perfectly situated to walk around and see all the sights, especially during the holiday season.
The room was clean, equipped, comfortable, and modern with a great view, and the rooftop deck had an even more impressive view of the river. Service was excellent and they upgraded us for a minimal fee. We would definitely recommend staying here and are looking forward to returning in the near future.

First time Chicago experience- the man at check in was so nice and gave great recommendations on things to do, it was so nice they kept our luggage until our room was ready as well so we could adventure without lugging it around the city. Will deff be back and stay at London house again.

We had an amazing stay!! Service was excellent!!! Was a getaway to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary and they upgraded our room and gifted us the nicest note with bottle of wine. We cannot wait to return!!

The view through the large window was satisfying, but several issues stood out that need improvement. First, the room was ready an hour later than the 4 PM check-in time, with no apology or service offer. Despite booking a suite, the room was quite small. We were assigned to the 20th floor, so the view was great, but the water pressure was very low. During our 4-night stay, the complimentary water was never replenished. Additionally, there was a room service visit at 7 AM meant for another room, housekeeping rang the doorbell at 9 AM, and on the day of checkout, a staff member rang the doorbell at 10 AM to check if anyone was inside. These disruptions were quite inconvenient for guests. Overall, the hotel fell short of its reputation.

It was great! The only annoying part was the room was not ready at check-in time, and was over an hour late. Overall, comfortable and extra plus for still having room service.

I’m disappointed that windows do not block outside noises. The city has an event that lasted throughout the night n the noises kept us awake all night. Then the next day the elevators didn’t work. I was stuck at every floor rooftop to lobby

The location of the hotel is great, and the view of the room over the canal is wonderful.

It was perfect in every way, especially the location. so close to Michigan Avenue , the bean, navy pier, restaurants, river walk. Would definitely stay there again.

great hotel at very convenient location. However, rooftop bar is too popular and accessible for anyone. It makes hotel lobby overcrowded. Elevators need an upgrade and menu in other restaurant could be richer. - Overall, still a great place downtown Chicago.

The location is perfect, the staff is very helpful and prompt. The bathroom doors leave something to be desired (I believe they must be sliding doors to maintain the integrity of the old building).
The rooftop restaurant service was not good. I’d recommend just going up for a quick cocktail and not partaking in table service.

Great location directly across from the River Walk. Could walk anywhere and had great restaurants. Roof top bar has amazing view but it had rained so we didn’t get to use it for dinner. Busy nightclub on top floor but didn’t impact sound in rooms. Housekeeping missed our room one day but resolved it immediately with a call. Very nice hotel, smaller room but nice large bathroom.

First time staying at the LondonHouse, CTA within 5-10 minute walk. Room was a river view which was great, especially as we had a storm whilst in our stay and the view of that was great. The room itself was large, comfy and clean. We were on floor 6 and on Saturday night the sound from all the activity of cars having what I can best describe as a 'meet' doing burnouts etc were quite loud however the rest of our stay for the rest of the 10 days was always quiet. With the CTA close by we were able to access the rest of the city very easily. Staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. We would happily stay again.

Got excellent help from concierge Edward and Front Desk manager Ibrahim with parking app issue and stayed with it until solved. Edward was very good at suggestions for 1st time visitors to Chicago. Edward sent up complimentary champagne for our Anniversary. Made our visit memorable.
