Comfortable bed and pillows. Clean room and bath. Towels and thick and absorbent. I would return to this hotel.

Perfect end to a long day traveling by motorcycle in the heat. Beautiful outdoor pool right outside the door made for a refreshing close to the day. Kind, courteous and welcoming. Extremely pleased with the stay!

I have stayed here multiple times over the years, they have always been friendly and helpful.

Overall it was a great stay. The staff were friendly and the room was spacious. However, the floor was so dirty it turned the bottoms of my toddler’s feet black everyday. The carpets could use vacuuming/shampooing.

The hotel is more old style but well maintained. The manager was helpful and we had a nice dinner referral and our stay was great.

Staff at desk were friendly, welcoming. The room was comfortable, clean, quiet. As a bonus, there is a good Mexican restaurant across the street.

This was great for a safe stop on our road trip. It was not the easiest checkin but they gave someone there 24 hours which is very nice. The room was adequate and we were able to sleep. Breakfast was not fancy but they had some items if you were truly hungry. I took a banana.

When we checked in I asked for a ground-floor room as my wife is disabled, I was informed that the entire property was booked out. After finally getting to our room I opened the door and the A/C was not working. I informed the front desk and was told that they would move me to - a ground floor room - After moving all our stuff to the ground floor room I went to retrieve the key and was informed that the owner / manager refused to give us a new room - that we needed to, "wait until a maintenance person could work on the A/C" It was 9:00 pm and we were exhausted (we are in our 70's). I lost it and got the manager on the phone and was able to get her to agree to swap the room. This was unacceptable, stressful and I won't stay here again and frankly I will tell anyone I know wanting to stay in Grangevill to avoid this property. I want a refund from Expedia ASAP

Staff great - fast check in. Needs new sheets and blankets - that would go along way. Other than that - nice place.

Whenever I am in Grangeville, the Gateway is where I stay. It is conveniently located close to Hwy 95, restaurants, coffee shops and convenience stores.

I was really impressed… mostly with the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. I sort of got the impression that maybe a family runs the property. I’m not sure. But they really cared about the property and their guests. Our room was clean, and we enjoyed having a small fridge and microwave. The things they set out for breakfast were simple, but good. I like this place, and plan to return when I’m back in the area.

People smoked outside rooms, so smoke wafted around to everywhere else.

Our stay was great! From the confirmation call I received through check-out, the staff were awesome!! Efficient, courteous, friendly, helpful, you name it. The room was spacious and very clean also quiet, got a great night's sleep. The pool is beautiful. We will definitely stay here again!

Great stay thank you

The hotel was easy to access. The night clerk was very helpful, and even put our blue ice in the freezer so we could have it for our ice chest the next day. Areas for improvement: our plugs fell out of electrical socket by the bed, the bedspread is a brownish floral that doesn't show if it is clean. We like to have two pillows per person and there was only one per person. We prefer hotels that use white bedspreads.

We enjoyed a pleasant, clean, and welcoming stay at the Gateway Inn in Grangeville. Friendly staff, and motorcycle friendly!

Older but well kept property. Room was very clean, bed good. Desk clerk polite and friendly. Wifi not sufficient whatsoever. Lots of TV channels. On main floor, noisy people in parking lot from 5am on.

A family reunion brought us to Grangeville and a 3 night stay at the Gateway Inn. We were very pleased with the accommodations and their staff was one of the most helpful and courteous we found in our travels. Room was very clean, bed was comfortable, pool was very nice. We would definitely stay again at the next family gathering!
