Alot of walking options. It is next to the park and close to shops and restaurants. There is a small cafe on site but only open Thursday through Sunday. You would either need to go out for breakfast or purchase something ahead to keep in your room. Lots of places to sit outside. We stayed on the second floor and we ate breakfast out on the balcony.

I loved my stay at this property! It was so convenient, plenty of parking, clean, check in and check out was the easiest I’ve had! The only thing I thought was a little different was around 6:30pm there is no one at the front desk, and there isn’t anyone there until the next day later in the morning. I wasn’t sure how to go about if I wanted to buy a drink or snacks in their lobby late at night/early that morning. Overall though it was so pleasant for an Inn! Definitely will stay again when I visit!

Very nice location, close to river and park was just across the street. Many restaurants within walking distant. Only complaint was we were on second floor and none of the lights on the stairs were working, could be very dangerous for older folks

Such a lovely little place in a lovely town. Slightly dated, but who cares, it was spotless. Brandon was friendly and kind. Went out of his way to remove the pet deposit when he learn we lost are girl last week. She sure would have loved the park across the street. We hope to be back this way again! Thank you!

I loved the room. It was very clean. The toilet was loud but otherwise our stay was excellent.

We had no human interaction. There was nobody there when we arrived. A cleaning lady who was locking up helped us find our room and keys. The door to the room was open and the keys were on the bed. There was nobody there to check us out in the morning. There is no elevator. The rooms are incredibly tiny and claustrophobic. I won't be staying here again.

The coffee shop was closed Tuesday and Wednesday which were the two days we stayed there. The back stairs have loose boards, not dangerous, but getting there. The room cleaner sprayed a horrible air freshener in the room sometime before we arrived, very strong smell. We are scent averse, this was unpleasant.

Very small room, no place to hang your clothes, window A/C didn’t seal so was open to outdoors, only electrical outlets were on the floor so had to sit coffee pot on the floor to use. Wouldn’t stay here again for the price.

I stayed in the Rose room. I arrived after office hours. The person that answered the after-hours number was very warm, friendly and helpful. (I later noticed that a telephone message was left with room entry instructions). The room was very clean. The decor is bright, airy and simple. I loved it. The bed was very comfortable and the area was quiet. It was great to enjoy an latte and breakfast at the on-site cafe, after a walk at the Riverfront park across the street. I will stay here again when staying overnight in Chelan.

Clean and comfortable hotel with a great location. This was our first time in Chelan and from here we were able to walk every where.

No A/C, even tho it was advertised having it in the room. Smoke detector was dismantled, which is unusual for a hotel room. The rooms above the restaurant are noisy. If you stay here, pick a room on the ground floor. Otherwise is located in a great spot to walk everywhere.

The motel was old and quaint. No restaurant service , check in and out done over Internet no front desk.

We love that we can bring our pups with us. The staff is always amazing and the location is excellent for a morning run. We have been going there for about 10 years and love it however the past two years we have noticed a lax in maintenance. The heater in our room was blowing cold air and when we mentioned it to the desk staff he sweetly let us use a space heater. Still a great place, and we will continue to stay there however we have noticed a decline in the properties health.

Great location, older property with pet friendly rooms. Some things don’t work, but not really a problem for us.

Our overnight stay was completed this mid January in this summer oriented community. We returned to Riverwalk Inn due to our previous stay; most importantly, our near hibernate sleep in the same bed from the previous stay. There are unique crafted features that chain motels avoid, and we welcome, like copper tube shelf/ hangers, world map switch covers, a hand painted large rose for the "Rose" unit on a pocket door, and tasteful (non-blasé) art hangings. The space is small, with adequate amenities, with a queen bed - not king sized; neither are we. Location; there's civilized walking path near the river across the non-busy street in the Park. It leads to old downtown district in a growing town of about 5,000 folks. Many restaurants, local bookstore, good coffee shops, and many specialty stores to support the thousands of vacationers. Staff; we enjoyed our chat with the Innkeeper after having a secluded drive to Riverwalk Inn. Such interactions area welcomed icing on the cake. We will return.
