Last minute booking . Right on the water few miles out of town. Friendly staff great warm clean pool . Sea views peaceful. Comfortable room clean . Kitchen for extra convenience . Great spot all good highly recommended - would stay again !!

Was clean with a nice temp. Our room was right up front so we heard the traffic all night but the beds were super soft and fluffy so I slt well.

Nice location on the ocean. Enjoyed some quiet time at the beach area where loungers and shade were provided. Kitchen area was good in the room. TV was not working but was quickly replaced. Overall quite a nice motel.

Nice property that I would visit again, as long as I can get a room with a better bathroom (it was tiny, a grown woman couldnt shower comfortably, I was assured at check out that room 12 is in need of renovations and other rooms have better showers).
I like that its got a private dock, hammocks, a pool. The rooms are large and have kitchenettes. Id visit again.

Average room, very dated but clean. We definitely did not get the room we booked online. We had issues after office staff was gone and there was no way contact anyone. We wouldn’t stay again.

The idea of a beach area being a gravel area leading to a stone wall dropping down a few feet to the water, with a few lounge chairs isnt my idea of a beach. This place is ideal for boaters because of the boat ramp

The room is very outdated. We had a sliding glass door with a curtain for our “door”. People blasted music until midnight in the middle of the outside area. There was a creep sitting at the pool so we couldn’t use it. Would not recommend for the money it cost.

With the excellent reviews, I was surprised it was so affordable. My second floor room boasted a balcony front and back with the livingroom on the water side overlooking an actual beach with sand, very unusual for The Keys and a dock perfect for sunsets.

On where to park moved 3 times no house keeping at all for almost $400 night you’d think things would be working well

I loved my stay here. The room was so clean and had everything I needed. The AC worked so well and I was nice and cool and comfy. The pillow was the most amazing thing in the world. The outside area they have is amazing right on the water. I felt so safe. Definitely got some good sleep in here. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely go back.

For me it was a horrible experience, the room was horrible, no conditions, the beds were terrible, when we arrived they didn't even say good afternoon to us, the laundry room was dirty, the mosquitoes ate you alive, I never went back there again.

The staff were very polite. They upgraded us to a suite which was very clean and comfortable.
The property had no beach, but it is situated next to the water. Somehow, the water was black, so even if it did have a beach, I wouldn't go in. The grounds were very well maintained, the rooms were very cleaned, the staff were very nice and easygoing. Otherwise I would give it 4 stars if the waters were good to swim in.

The room very comfortable and extremely clean. The price was very reasonable for the Keys. Probably the best price you can get in the Keys without question. With that said, it is no frills. I’m not complaining, just stating no view, no extra dresser, just one night stand, 2 so so chairs to sit in. But again, totally satisfied based on the price. The room was cold.

There was no one there to check me in to my on-time arrival. I left a message asking for help which was never returned, I got my room key with the help of another guest who had a pass code for the key box. The maintenance man confirmed he and management knew my TV didn't work but they chose to do nothing. GARBAGE
