It was a delightful spot! Great location right on the harbor with a delicious restaurant and bar with a great view! Staff was very friendly especially Tracy!! Very nice continental breakfast with great atmosphere!

Very close to port and multiple restaurants, restaurant/bar on premises was really good, food was excellent. Staff were very friendly and accommodating...

Our stay was perfect. The staff is very helpful with area questions. The grounds are very well kept and relaxing. We were happy with our room. The view was beautiful and had a very nice chair to relax in without having to sit in the bed.

The marina was beautiful and convenient

I believe they’re in the middle of trying to update rooms as they are available. Our room, however did not feel very clean. The carpet in our room felt moist and dirty. I encourage small boutique hotels. The pool was great! The views of the marina were amazing. Staff was great. The continental breakfast was awful, and the dinner at the restaurant on site was subpar. The beer and wine selection was great.

We love this hotel! Had a great time and I can’t wait to come back! I would highly recommend it to my family and friends.

The place is great rooms are basic rooms for a marina. Met my expectations. Restaurant is fantastic and as a boater it’s perfect to sit on the deck and watch boats

The room was extremely outdated and lacked furniture. The bathroom door didn’t close. We complained as we left.

Unfriendly and unhelpful man when we checked in. No one to help take suitcase up 2 flights of stairs. Overpriced and in desperate need of renovation. Ugly dark carpet that looked dirty. Dresser was old. Cramped space. Bathroom was minuscule and no shelves. TV wasn’t working and took 2 days to fix. No desk space. Ugly dingy chair. In my 74 years of travel, this was the worst.

The hotel was quiet with great views of the harbor. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was close to everything we want ed to see.

Dead bug in corner of room. Humid in room making tile floor slick as you entered from outside. Not enough towels and waited over 45 min to get additional towels. Dinner service was poor. Waitress took 20 min to bring spoons to eat ice cream. I could go on.

Check in with seamless the young man at the desk, even took our luggage up to our room, explained all the details of the hotel and even helped to get us into another room, the following day, exceptional service, and the food in the dining is exceptionally tasty! And the server, was friendly and accommodating!

Loved that it was on the water, very peaceful

Great location, friendly staff, and a nice atmosphere. Loved being able to view the activities going on in a working marina from our room. The hotel was convenient to other parts of Gloucester, but also had its own space. It did not feel crowded. We were especially happy to discover an array of delicious vegetarian offerings in their seafood-focused restaurant.

Reasonably priced good location

This place smells like mold, makes you jump through hoops to ask for basics like body wash, and is overall a weird vibe. We also *loved* getting woken up at 6:48am by a false fire alarm and denied a late check-out (even after losing a couple hours sleep due to their 15 minute alarm.) It’s out of the way from everything else in Gloucester and you’re better off springing an extra $50 for a better, closer, cleaner, more welcoming hotel or BnB than this place.

We arrived late to check in for our wedding weekend and the staff were very patiently waiting for us when we arrived around 10pm. I’m not sure if I signed away the benefit of room service, but I wish they had confirmed before sending us off to our room and expecting, but not receiving, housekeeping. We ran out of towels and coffee, but we were able to get some at the front desk. The drain to the sink in our room was broken and we left a note, expecting housekeeping to see it l, but they obviously never came lol Everyone was very friendly, though they did give my sister a hard time about joining us in the pool because we were approaching our check out time (we had already checked out/were out of our rooms and thought that, like our experiences in other hotels, the amenities would still be available for the day. We did continue to swim because nobody else was in the area or wanting to use it.. There are occupancy limits based on your room’s occupancy It was a great place to stay, otherwise. The view is amazing, even for a native Gloucester girl such as myself!

great location and food was fantastic

We stayed for just one night to attend a nearby wedding, but we really liked this place and would definitely come back for longer. The hotel has a little bit of a dated vibe, but everything in the rooms was neat and clean, and the king-sized bed was super comfortable. The view from the room was nice, we could see the boats in the marina. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

Stay was okay. Friday morning when I went in to check my family into the room, the lady wasn’t really personable didn’t have a friendly face. But when going into the pool and checking out the other ladies at the desk were super friendly and helpful.

The noise from the people upstairs was loud. Other than that great stay

Room was not situated, where there could have another small table on the other side of bed. No towel racks to place towel when showering. Very small bathroom. Did not have wifi at all while in our room.

Unusable internet. Verizon phone service is also weak in this area. If you need to stay connected or want to stream, don’t stay here. No soundproofing between rooms - very noisy. Rooms open onto deck next to fuel dock, so very strong gas/diesel smell. Very nice staff & restaurant. Can’t recommend the Inn.

We loved the hotel and location however we were in a room on the 3rd floor and there was a disturbance in the the room on the 4th floor over our head. There were children jumping off sofas or beds or both and running back and forth. After bearing with this for 2 hrs., I phoned the front desk to complain and was told that I would have to wait until 10:00PM to deal with noise. At 10:00PM I phoned again and was told that they would deal with this. The running and jumping did not cease until after 11:00PM. This was deplorable. I explained all this at the front desk when I checked out this morning and was told that the manager was not there but would phone me when she arrived and she did not call me.

It was lovely staying on the marina, with all the boats in the marina and the restaurant sticking out into the water, like on a pier. It was beautiful. Unfortunately the pool hours were quite limited and closed shortly after we arrived (8pm). There wasn't anything close by so we just sat in our hotel rooms all evening. There is a restaurant attached. Mostly seafood, lots of gluten free options, so our party wasn't interested in eating there. The rooms are older, it seems like they are updating the whole hotel. There is no elevator, which was tricky with coolers and luggage and an elderly mother. I liked that we could access each other's rooms from the balcony instead of the hallway. That was fun.

The room was clean and comfortable! The balcony was a lovely spot to sit and watch the marina, and even though it was more of a connected deck along the entire back of the building, was more private than anticipated. The hotel restaurant served great food and drinks. Staff at the front desk were pleasant and helpful!

Great stay! Rooms outdated but area amazing!

Great little spot

The only problem with the room was the toilet, The toilet was too low to the ground and the seat was way to small for our large sized butts. One other thing was the toilet kept running after it was flushed. The bar closed too early also. I was looking forward for a nightcap at 9:00pm but the bar was already closed.

The property is a mix of modern and retro. The bar was excellent!
