We had a one night stop with our furry companion and we are glad we stopped at this hotel. The staff was super friendly, we forgot our dog bowl and the room came equipped with 2 (one for water and one for food). We loved the mud room area that had a door so our dog didn’t have the change to dash out of the room. No carpet which is great when you have pets and each bed has a dog bed underneath so our Aussie could pick and choose! Would absolutely stay here again.

Excellent!!! We had such a great experience there! The staff is super friendly and helpful. We were greeted with a delicious homemade cookie. The room was modern, big and very comfortable. They built this hotel with a vision and they are connected with the non-kill animal shelter down the road. We were lucky to have live entertainment that night. Breakfast was all homemade items. Very easy going, super comfortable hotel in the middle of town. We will be back for sure!!

Great hotel that supports an even better cause. 1 complaint is the gentleman who checked us in (suspect you know who). Very inattentive during checkin and was short with me when I asked a few questions about the property. He was worse several hours later when my wife inquired about the daily sanctuary tour. In the end everyone else was great so his poor customer service really stood out.

Have stayed at Best Friends Roadhouse several times. It's always a great experience. The rooms are clean and welcoming and the staff is friendly and helpful. The property is very dog friendly in layout and policy.

This place was amazingly clean. If you are traveling with a pup this is a great place to stay. Every amenity was well thought of. Check in and out was easy. Welcome cookies were a great treat

This place is phenomenal. Anyone traveling with fur babies would love it too. Staff all welcomed the animals. The room, grounds, dog run, mercantile, complimentary breakfast were ALL outstanding. They even have a splash pad for the pups 🐶 We will be staying here again and for sure will visit the sanctuary as well. A real love for our 4 legged friends shows everywhere.

Tough to evaluate. Super clean, nicely appointed (frette towels!) delightful gardens and so pet friendly! Downsides: smallish room, limited bathroom privacy. Very European. Would be awesome to see a seating area around the fireplace and waterfall. Would make for a more interactive and inviting experience.

Lovely clean and well maintained property. We did not travel with an animal, bout found this a special place. Great vegan breakfast that this non-vegan enjoyed.

This was the most beautiful hotel I've ever stayed at. The service was amazing. We will definitely be back, and we'll bring our dog next time, as they have amazing amenities for pets.

Beautiful facility. Love that it is pet friendly and the proceeds go to a great cause. Thought the included breakfast was a little lacking. All vegan choices. Would have been nice to have had non-vegan choices and access to microwave. Other than that loved the place.

Charming & clean updated version of a roadside “motel.” So welcoming & accommodating for pets that I wished I’d had my dog with me. Rooms are quiet & spacious and you can walk to everything in Kanab.

Such a great place to stay. Very clean and comfortable. Very friendly staff. Loved the association to the animal sanctuary (where we did a tour and received complementary lunch from staying at the hotel).

So clean and modern. Comfortable with blackout shades for good sleep. Absolutely loved all the dogs around, the shop, the landscaping, the vegan food. Tons of hiking,Bulkskin Gulch, Zion, Bryce, north Rim all so convenient. Most of all, the staff was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond our expectations. Wish we would have had more time!

We frequently travel to Utah from Vegas to get away from the city. This was by far our favorite spot! We felt so welcome and had such an amazing experience with our puppy!!

This place is my favorite guesthouse out of all the places I have stayed. The rooms are laid out well. They are comfortable and inviting. Best Friends makes it SO easy to travel with my four legged friend so that she can participate in adventures as well. The staff is incredibly friendly and kind. There are plenty of areas around the property to relax with friends and enjoy the beautiful weather of Kanab and to share the day's excitement.

Easily the best hotel experience we’ve ever had — the staff were lovely, the room was top-notch, the grounds were beautiful, and we really enjoyed the (free) vegan breakfast every morning. Free laundry room and tours of Best Friends sanctuary (and lunch!) were extra added bonuses.
