I stayed here for an overnight business trip and everything was perfect; especially for the price de i paid! It was clean and safe!

It was terible! there was no hot water at the hotel we couldn't take a shower at night and also not in the morning. The reception guy wasn't helpful gave us 4 keys of different rooms to check for hot water at 11 PM. There was no hot water in the whole hotel. We asked to talk with the manager, he didn't show up until we checked out and the reception guy refused to call him. He promissed the manager will call us. No one called us.

The bathroom door was barn door style and wouldn’t stay shut at all, slid open completely every time. The pillows were awfully uncomfortable. In the breakfast room there were no plates or forks and only a few slimy sausages and a waffle maker as well as some old fruit. This was a holiday weekend so I would have expected them to be prepared for a large crowd and provide a decent meal. My son fell and needed a bandaid and the front desk didn’t have any which I would have assumed to be a common thing for them to have just in case. Overall for the rating this hotel has, I would have expected better.

The showers did not get hot, they were only lukewarm. The beds do not have enough blankets just a sheet. The breakfast was terrible. My muffin tasted like raw flour.

The hotel and room was DIRTY. I asked to be moved and the 2nd room was just as bad. I will NEVER stay at Hampton Inn again. I’ve been burned twice in 30 days.

Water never really got hot at 1 am or 9 am. The room was very dry yay no humidity but too dry. Very nice room large bathroom nice size shower. Huge TV pool area looked nice but we didn't have time to use it. Breakfast was pretty basic but didn't put you on the road with an empty stomach.

The bathroom handle fell off, the indoor heated pool was COLD and the rail into the pool was not attached to bottom of pool. The flooring in the pool area is slippery & we fell. 3 out of 4 of us. There was some mold or dirt in corners of tub

3. Although they knew 1 or more days in advance, they failed to have all the breakfast foods & drinks that are standard. No Orange juice or meat.
4. No attempt by management to go to a local grocery store.

When I checked in, they informed me that they had given my reservation away. No notice prior to my arrival. They blamed it on a plumbing issue with two of the rooms, and my late arrival (midnight).
Although later they claimed it was a problem with the air conditioners.
He then called another hotel (Hilton Garden) , where he said his “cousin” worked. “Gi tjere, he will check you in”..
Which he did. But it was a full check in, and took forever. He also insisted on charging me $1. No explanation why.
I know things happen. But they should have contacted me if there was really a problem. And while the additional charge was minimal, it was …weird.
Something odd is going on with this property and the Hilton Garden Inn. I’d avoid both.

great location , mold in the bathroom ,no tissues in the box , no bags in the trash cans i asked for extra pillows and towels but they didn't provide them , and it was hard to understand the desk help

Outside could use a little tidy up. Little patio area a little grim. Rooms clean, but no cleaning until our last day so that was strange. We asked the front desk to send someone finally. Ran out of soap, towels, tissues. Our trash was over flowing so we finally asked for housekeeping to come up. Apart from that, nice and safe. One other thing to note is the air freshener in the Lobby is awful! Way too strong and nauseating.

As a previous Hampton employee, the only 2 things I noticed were a hair on the pull out tray in the bathroom, and the trash cans out front were overflowing, for an extended period.
Other than that, extremely beautiful and clean hotel overall. Staff very friendly and attentive would absolutely stay again.

Our stay was fine. Room was nice and bathroom was big. 2 things I didn't care for was that the air conditioning was loud when it came on and the hot breakfast (eggs, bacon, hash browns) were not hot at all. Had to use the microwave to heat them up and it was a fresh batch of eggs that had just come from the kitchen.

Check-in was easy. Manager was friendly and helpful. Our room was quiet and well equipped. My issue was the stained carpet. It was a fist-sized black stain smack dab in the middle of the room. It’s a simple fix! Ugh.
Our other challenge was no hot water in the shower. But Hot water flowed from the sink faucet! How is that possible?
But we didn’t allow those obstacles to mar our experience. It is quiet and a safe location for moms traveling with their children.
We appreciated the mini food mart. The kids enjoyed selecting ice cream sandwiches.
Also, next door is a fun burger joint serving craft beer.

The customer service was excellent. The room was very clean. Cookies at the entrance was a nice touch... And they were my favorite, delicious! The only draw back was the distance to get to restaurants and stores. It's kinda in a business district. But all in all my stay was great.

The property itself was nice and the room was clean however, the beds were TERRIBLE. It felt like sleeping directly on the box spring the mattresses were so hard. Also the complementary breakfast was subpar at best. Limited food options, which included no protein (no bacon, sausage, etc. options). The quality of the food was poor as well. For the price we paid $971.97 for 3 nights, the quality of every aspect of our stay should have been execellent! I'm a HHonors member and I've never had an experience litke this at one of their properties.
